We never eat at Sonic. It's literally the bottom-of-the-barrel in fast food. But we saw the TV commercial for their BOGO smash burger. Didn't see the fine print that blends into the background of the commercial requiring me to download another app that wants to track my info to get that offer. Not appreciated. It's not a 'smash' burger. It's a 'gristle' burger. You chew the meat until it breaks up - to a certain point - then it's like little pieces of rubber that don't break down like good burger does. Hey, if you're ok mystery meat, Sonic's a winner. Yes, budgets are tight - I get it. You get what you pay for including the health issues. But the smash burgers from Freddie's are at least actual cow. Not sure what's in these smash burgers at Sonic.

Ordered 4 simple burgers through the app. Not a single one came out correct and all came out different despite they were supposed to be 2 each of 2 different types of burgers. 😐 It’s astonishing how bad of a job was done.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this sonic location that they made my Dasher wait over 30 minutes just so I could get a completely melted milkshake. I work in the food industry, and if I had someone’s food sitting out for that long, it would be remade not sent out completely ruined. there’s no logic to making someone wait that long for food that’s already BEEN ready. pissed off, wasted money and disappointed. i dont need your ai “contact us” response just be better. damn
The new pickle smash burger is really good. The sauce that comes on it is made. It’s not store-bought. It was definitely worth giving it a shot. I’d give it about a seven out of 10.

I went through the drive thru which was backed up a bit. I was so impressed watching an employee named Conner! Every order he delivered to a car, he ran! You rarely see this in today's society. Great job Conner! Your work ethic is impresive.

They will forget your sauce 100% of the time. I’m here weekly and have to ask every time. It’s an ok sonic though other than that. Carhops are always fast and friendly.
