This is by far one of the worst Sonic locations in Oklahoma. I’ll give them this—they're consistently bad, which I suppose is its own kind of achievement.
On a recent trip, I went through the drive-thru (which I know is a relatively new frontier for Sonic) and ordered three drinks. After several back-and-forths and repeating myself more times than I care to count, I started wondering if I was speaking English or having a stroke. I even asked my wife to confirm I wasn’t—and then powered through.
Here’s what I ordered:
Drink 1: Water
Drink 2: Cherry & Apple Slush
Drink 3: Fresh Fruit Lime Slush
Of the three, the water was the only one they managed to get right. The slushes, on the other hand, were a sensory experience I won’t soon forget—and not in a good way. I was too overwhelmed (and mildly stunned) to even go back and complain.
The flavors were dumped into the cups like someone opened a dam and let the floodwaters of America pour through. The fresh fruit lime slush hit like a tart, sugary fist—with no ice and zero effort to mix anything. The Cherry & Apple? Somehow worse. A concentrated blob of color in the middle made it look like someone forgot how liquids work.
It was a full-on assault on the senses. After coughing and almost throwing up, I was ready to toss the whole lot in the trash and never look back.

I had to tell my order 3 times
Update 7/7/25 They are absolutely ripping people off with these Red Bull refreshers. I went in to get one and I asked the guy over the intercom if it had a full Red Bull in it. He said yes it has a Red Bull in it. Well when I got to the window and had waited a super long time already I was watching the lady make my drinks. She barely even splashed any inside of my cup and then filled the rest with soda. These Red Bull refreshers you are paying absolutely premium prices for for them to give you less than a shot of Red Bull. That is not okay, especially for that exorbitant price difference. If you advertise an energy drink, I expect it.
Pretty solid location. Haven't had any issues here before.

Went to get food today on the 4th. I understand it was busy due to the holiday and the fireworks store next door. Ordered food at 330 didn't get it till 355. Food was luke warm and order was not correct when I got home. Need to work on paying attention to orders being prepared and sent out in a timely manner. I also wonder if since I paid with my card and didnt put a tip on my card but I give a cash tip when they bring my order they probably assumed I wasn't gonna tip and delayed my order.

Yes my tots was fresh yes my mozzarella was fresh but my bacon and brioche ? Not so much who cooks the bacon like this? I worked for sonic for 5 years…. Ashamed.

Place my order at 9:01 currently writing this review at 9:45. I placed my order on the app and when I asked where my food was they explained that mobile orders get their food first. People who got to the sonic 20 minutes after me got all of their food before I’ve even gotten my food. This is not the first time this has happened to me last time I came to this sonic I ordered two drinks and it also took 20 min and drinks came out watered down due to them sitting for so long. Very unhappy with the service and I’m not sure if I’ll even get my food at the time of finishing this review because they have already dumped out the tea which was part of my order. At this point I would like them to just refund the order if someone would come out here but they have already turned out the lights and when they did that our screen turned off. I am now finishing my review at 9:50. Update got the order food is cold and he explained that it was put in the wrong place so no one brought it out. Again second time this has happened. No offer for anything to make up for this DO NOT COME TO THIS SONIC.

The worst customer service is NO customer service…..which is exactly what you will get at this Sonic. No training in customer service, cleanliness or anything else. Telling customers that next time they come they should use the 1st menu board before they approach the microphone….when there are NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the parking lot…..speaks to a need for control that should be beyond the confines of a Sonic to go line. We went elsewhere.
This location is "tricky". They are extremely slow, especially at the window. I waited for 7 minutes for a kids chicken strip meal. When I ask "how long to cook chicken?" the pitiful person at the window looked with her sad, uncaring eyes and said "I don't know" so.....that pretty much sums up that experience! I think improvement is needed for that location to make it. I know in won't be back. You can't cure stupid.

Saw this girl righting something down after I gave her my card and I saw her on her phone taking a picture of something which I think is my card information. And she took forever to give my card back to me. When I first asked if they had Apple Pay she said no but everywhere has Apple Pay so I don’t know why sonic wouldn’t
