I went on my lunch break to get a beverage and a burger at sonic on Santa Fe. Usually I get my food in a timely manner but for some reason it took the staff 5 min to take my order and then I waited for about 30 minutes and still didn’t receive my order. A young lady walked by and I asked her if she could check on my order and she looked at me funny and didn’t say a word. The service here was the worst I’ve seen in awhile. I had to leave without my order that I pre paid for on the machine so I could go back to work.

Service and everything was fine but it took 15 minutes to get a slush and an iced tea to my car and the car hop looked absolutely lost when trying to find my car as if the stalls don’t tell them where they are. They weren’t even busy.

Honestly, their shakes and slushes are decent, but I hated how I had to wait a whopping 12 minutes just to get 2 small drinks that should’ve been done in under 5 minutes.
I don’t know if they were understaffed or just really busy at one point, but needless to say I’m disappointed at how slow as hell they were.

Their drinks are almost literally to die for. From shake to soft drink, I would always recommend Sonic for their beverages.
Anything related to food has consistently been the worst tasting fast food experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location numerous times over the years, and I can say with absolute certainty that if you order food, there is a 100% (2% margin of error) chance it will taste abhorrent.
In closing, if you’d like a wonderful shake, a nice, uplifting soft drink, or even a filtered water, Sonic is your go-to spot! Anything related to food, and I’d sooner recommend the 7-11 next door.
