I don’t eat out often when I do it’s cause I’m craving something and I’m a little particular I’ve also worked in food service most my life so before I start I get it. That being said My burrito was folded (like a quesadilla) flat and unappetizing I get it breakfast food at dinner rush you get what you get but I ordered a number 1 a plain sandwich and tell me why there’s bbq sauce all over my wrapper? Mayo lettuce tomato meat bread and cheese was all there was suppose to be so an older wrap was used that previously had BBQ sauce on it. Suffice to say I’ll remove sonic from my life of consistent go to food options when I’m in a rush as there’s little care on what goes out the window.
Dietary restrictions: If you have food alergies or picky eaters I’d avoid this place.

I've been double charged on the app twice which I understand is an issue with the app, not the store. However, each time I have requested the second charge be refunded and they never bother doing it. Feels purposeful at this point.

Ordered a chili cheese burrito and a sweet. Originally got someone else’s order. Finally got my order Chili was burnt and not edible. Tea was spoiled and tasted rotten. This is been the worst sonic I visit.

We ordered 4 burger meals and waited 40 min. Fries were over cooked to the point they disintegrated. The soda tasted like they haven't cleaned the ice machine in months/years. This place was just gross. They need help.

So where do I begin I got a small vanilla shake and a medium strawberry shake!! I waited 20 minutes!! They come out melted and they came out both vanilla with a little bit of strawberry syrup on top I called and complained and all she could say was we made it and brought it straight out then she hung up on me once I asked to talk to a manager! Just pathetic

food was good, but they removed the stalls for mobile orders :(. idk why, it makes it WAY harder to go anything mobile-related, like tell how far along your order is, or if the app even registered you as checked in or not. plus the app breaks constantly. :((((
