Consistently getting the order wrong

We made a fairly large dinner order, got all the way home & we were missing 2 Chilli Cheese Coneys & an order of Chilli Cheese French Fries. I realize, things happen, so I called and spoke to a Manager named Bailey. I asked him if he could have those ready for us and we would be back to pick it up. I also asked if he could remake the chicken bites since they go with the chilli cheese French fries we ordered and by the time we got back to Sonic and back home our chicken bites would be cold since we couldn’t eat them yet since we were having to come back to pick up the items they didn’t make the first time, I feel like this was a reasonable request for my inconvenience, never did I ask for a refund or a partial refund and he flat out refused to make the chicken bites, I even offered to bring the ones back we got and I only asked this because this is a big inconvenience and our chicken bites would be cold and he was so rude & said they would only make the items they forgot to give us since it was there fault. I am appalled a manager would act this way, I even had to ask again, if he really was a manager. I will never go to this location again. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Been coming here for years and never had an issue with this. After spending almost $40, I asked for a side of pickles. Not a lot, just a decent amount to enjoy with my chicken fingers. The girl at the window, said she had to charge me. I’ve never…NEVER been charged for a couple slices of pickles. I told her I’ve been coming for years and never had an issue like this, she said she’s been here for years and always charged and everywhere else does too if it comes out the kitchen. All I have to say is I’m not coming back to this location. I shell out a hundred a month here between my wife and I, but not anymore. Her disrespect only was met with my disrespect back all for a side of pickles. Are they that cheap now to add extra pickles on the side? These aren’t spears, their slices of pickles. Their ketchup packets probably cost more than 5 slices of pickles. Pretty disappointed. Wish them luck but I’ll go to another location that’s out of my way. I rarely give horrible reviews but the way this was handled was an embarrassment.
Also the 3 pieces of tenders were not even breaded all the way and small. CASEY’S has better tenders for the price.

Ordered an Oreo Peanut butter shake, mozz sticks, and couple waters. Drove away, realized the shake was vanilla with a few sprinkles of Oreos and drizzle of peanut butter. Went back, had them remake, left with the same shake and less Oreos.

The girl working today needs to be talked to. We tipped on the mobile app when we ordered. And she wouldn’t stop asking questions waiting for us to tip I was about to just roll the window up and back up it was so annoying. And then just to get home and be missing half the order

my brother and i went there a few weeks ago on a Saturday. Order a #1 with tater tots and a medium Dr Pepper. The stall to the right of us left another car pulled in, ordered and received their order before us. I pushed the button asked and was told "its on its way". that car pulled out, another car pulled in and guess what, got their order and we are still waiting. asked two car hops, one came back with someone's else order. and then a "manager" (LOL joke) came out asked what our order was, left. i pushed the button again and said i want a refund and bring me my money, was told some one was coming out. waited again, no one.....decided after 40 MINUTES to leave and i would dispute the charges..NOTE: would have left 30 minutes prior BUT i used my CC. when pulling out a "male" came out and i stopped in the middle of the drive and looked at him not saying anything and his response..."your going to stare me down (holding my cash)??? aggressivity...still not saying anything he turned and started to walk back into the building and i stated "give me my money, he said no kept walking and said to him a few choice words, he came back gave me the money and we left.
Horrible service....how in gods name am i the bad person in their eyes when i came to patronize their business???????? they lost my order and when i asked several times i become the BAD person asked for a refund AFTER 40 MINUTES?????
Do NOT go here terrible service, terrible manager/owner and honestly the worst.....Sonic Corp are just as BAD as they wont do a damn thing to this site. Corp WONT contact them, wants me to!? DONT GO HERE

I went to Sonic on 10/15/24. Part of my order contained 2 double bacon burgers and one quarter pound double burger. I received my food, brought it home. The 2 double bacon burgers didn't have bacon and the double quarter only had 1 patty. I drove back to sonic and told them how the 2 burgers didn't have bacon and didn't say anything about the missing patty (my daughter ate it so I just let it be). The manager came out, apologized, gave me 2 new double bacon burgers and 3 coupons. One coupon expired in 2022, but no big deal. Went home and both burgers had half of 1 piece of bacon. I call Sonic, spoke to the manager and asked for a refund due to how expensive these burgers were. Each burgers was over $8 (around $2 upcharge for bacon). Manager said no problem, I'll refund you. I waited several days for the refund to come through, but it didn't. I called Sonic Corporate in OKC, gave a description of what happened and asked for a refund. They said they would contact the Sonic on Western and have them call me to issue a refund. It's been 3 or 4 days and I haven't received a call. Plan on calling corporate again tomorrow. Not looking to get anyone in trouble, just want a refund.

Burger was soggy, laid on its side in the bag so totally smashed and no it wasn't the smashburger. Just too much drippy ketchup. Onion rings were hot and fresh though!

Blamed me for them messing up our order, the girl on the mic put in our Order correctly and then must have changed it after. Acting like it was my fault they can’t push stuff into a computer correctly. Waited 10 extra mins because they screwed up and had attitude about it
Literally gave us the wrong order and then yelled at us for calling back and asking if we could have the correct order. Then told us we were wrong about our order being wrong.
