Went after school to grab some drinks for me and my family. The guy forgot to give me my card back and when I came back was estatic to see us back. He was very kind and returned the card with gift vouchers. Love this sonic so much always a good time

Whoever the manager is working at 5:03PM PST 7/31/25 at this location was rude, and refused to help. Called in to try and attempt an inquiry, said he doesn't know the HR number, said he didn't know how to transfer, and had a very poor tone of voice as if he did not want to work there. Please fix this before corporate is formally addressed about a worker with such a poor attitude and attention to detail. WILL BE TELLING everyone I know to stop doing ANY AND ALL kinds of business here.

Originally I placed my order through the sonic app but for some reason on the app there is no option to add extra marinara under the condiment section when customizing your order. So I pull into a stall and buzz the carhops and ask them to please bring “LOTS” of Mariana with my order (I ordered the Small Mozzarella sticks (4 piece) and the guy that came over the loud speaker in the stall acted like he understood the assignment. WELL when we get our order THERES ONLY ONE MARINARA IN THE FREAKING BAG. 🤬 Idk how anyone thinks ONE marinara is going to work for 4 mozzarella BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE but I am not pleased by the service.

We waited well over half an hour for two drinks, mozzarella sticks, and cheddar peppers with no carhop in sight. Had to leave without the food. It took 3 attempts to find a stall with a working screen. Very disappointing experience.
