Whoever the manager is working at 5:03PM PST 7/31/25 at this location was rude, and refused to help. Called in to try and attempt an inquiry, said he doesn't know the HR number, said he didn't know how to transfer, and had a very poor tone of voice as if he did not want to work there. Please fix this before corporate is formally addressed about a worker with such a poor attitude and attention to detail. WILL BE TELLING everyone I know to stop doing ANY AND ALL kinds of business here.

Originally I placed my order through the sonic app but for some reason on the app there is no option to add extra marinara under the condiment section when customizing your order. So I pull into a stall and buzz the carhops and ask them to please bring “LOTS” of Mariana with my order (I ordered the Small Mozzarella sticks (4 piece) and the guy that came over the loud speaker in the stall acted like he understood the assignment. WELL when we get our order THERES ONLY ONE MARINARA IN THE FREAKING BAG. 🤬 Idk how anyone thinks ONE marinara is going to work for 4 mozzarella BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE but I am not pleased by the service.

I spent over $8 for cold fries and an overcooked tasteless burger. The limeade was not even to the normal standard. I will not be back to this

We waited well over half an hour for two drinks, mozzarella sticks, and cheddar peppers with no carhop in sight. Had to leave without the food. It took 3 attempts to find a stall with a working screen. Very disappointing experience.

When I used the app to order a mango raspberry limeade slush, and a black coffee, they put the mango raspberry into my coffee instead of the slush (it's not even possible to add those flavors to coffee in the app). I contacted them about a refund for the two incorrect items (the coffee was NOT potable, and my wife was unhappy with her plain limeade slush), and never heard back.

Very disappointed. First, when I tried to order from a stall, I was told that only the drive through was open because they were short staffed. So i went through the drive through. The sandwich was burned and the employee didn't give me a receipt. On top all of that, there was something in the stall that punctured my tire and it started losing air on the way home. That's one expense burned sandwich.
