Don't order ahead in the mornings before 7 am. It's hit or miss if they'll even be open to make your order and you can't call them to get it later and then have to call corporate to get a refund that may or may not happen.

I asked for a cheeseburger with only mustard on the bun, but I got the burger with mayonnaise and ketchup. I was not happy. The drive up window doesn't work so I had to go in one of the drive up areas to order.

There was mold in my drink. Yes, you all have read this correctly. MOLD. IN. MY. DRINK. Not only did I not notice until I had already drank my entire drink (just my luck), but knowing how the servers are here/how they treat their customers, I immediately reported it without even questioning the workers. I'm hoping they do something that will change this place for the better. I love Sonic, but this one particular location is awful. If you want Sonic, drive the few extra miles to go to a better one and do your time/health a favor (before you get sick from the mold).

Our hamburgers were prepared exactly as ordered. They were cooked perfectly and were not in the least bit greasy. They were packaged so that the ingredients didn’t slip around on the way home. Our hamburgers on the plate looked just like the ones in photos. These were the best Sonic burgers we have had in years!
This is THE WORST location. I try to give them a chance every once in a while because they’re so close. I am not exaggerating when I say they get my order wrong or just leave off items every visit. I get food that is stale and drinks that are flat or out of syrup. Sonic should at least get the drinks right. THAT’S THEIR WHOLE THING. I’ve leaned my lesson and I’ll drive the extra miles from now on. They leave their lights off to try and look closed. I should have taken the hint.

I have lived in edmond for 3 years and this one always sucks but it's close to my house and I didn't wanna drive 10 minutes to the much better sonic. Service was terrible lady acted like she was annoyed that we would dare order food while she was working. The hot dog was cold as well as burnt on the ends, the cheese looked like they had just taken it out of the freezer. I did an online order and gave a $1 tip on a $5 dollar order ($1.99 coney bc of promo code). It's laughable how bad this sonic is and I knew if I had complained they wouldn't of changed anything. Just save the trouble and go to any other sonic in edmond.

About a year ago this place was pretty good as a service wait time etc. but now in the last couple months, most of the TV monitors don't even work you could see the workers just mope around with walking and the food hadn't been as good.
