I have had a STANDING appointment for a facial, brow tint and wax, and eyelash tinting for many years. This is about a $200.00 appointment. Near the end of the year, I am given my schedule for the next year. This year I was informed that my time had changed because someone else had my appointment. I tried to explain what a STANDING appointment is to the girl in the spa answering the telephone as well as later to the owner without success. They both started talking about making the appointments alphabetically. LOL The owner was frustrated with me and didn't want to be bothered with my situation. The end of the telephone conversation ended abruptly with the owner stating that she would see if she could get the other woman they had booked at MY appointment time to change with me...Ugh frustrating,
A week later the SCHEDULER called me and even though she said she regrated the problem, one of her statements to me was that someone else had the same Standing. LOL She asked if we could move me one week closer at the same time and then but me back every 6 weeks. I agreed. Later that day I received a voice message telling me that all the other weeks were full. LOL
I have never experienced such incompetence especially as it relates to a longtime customer. I love my aesthetician Suzanne but cannot deal with the incompetency all the way to the owner and the disrespect shown to me especially by the new owner.
Be wary of management if you ever have a problem.

I had a 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial. The business is beautiful inside and everyone is very welcoming. When you get upstairs to the spa, the lights dim and you begin your path to your oasis. Patty was my massage therapist and Emmy my esthetician. Very pleased with both. Will definitely be back.
