Coffee tastes great but it’s only half a cup. The last two times I’ve been they have given me half a cup of coffee. I don’t know why they don’t fill it up but it’s the last time I’ll pay 7 bucks for half a cup of coffee.
Absolutely horrible, I was asking my daughter what her drink was called and the lady seemed to be having a bad day and yelled at me when she didn't even give me at least 3 minutes, my daughter said the drink was good but absolutely horrible service. I usually get my daughters drinks here

I was kicked out because my service animal did not have his vest on. I took my SA out of location as told and re entered to speak with manager but she was too busy. I was then met with hostility by a blonde haired person who was extremely rude and I feel like I have been discriminated against and treated very poorly because I was seeking some understanding. To all you animal lovers and SA owners this location will kick you out of the store in a very rude fashion if you choose to enter and your SA is not fully equipped with a vest even though it’s 110 degrees outside.
This has been my go to Starbucks for over 10 years. They hired a new am drive through cashier and she’s so rude. She great up until she ask you to put your card in and the tip option comes up. If you hit “no thank you” her whole attitude and demeanor change. At first I thought it was just directed at me but honestly I only go a few times a month usually. I hate that they now ask customers to tip at the drive thru now and this is why. I’m worried my food or drink will be tampered with and now check if I even go to that Starbucks anymore. I do occasionally tip if I have cash or feel the service was good. She makes a good hourly wage for what she does (Starbucks is known for paying well) and she accepted the job. She doesn’t need a 20% tip for holding a card reader out the window and handing me my order.

I don’t think there’s been a single time that I’ve gotten a drink with cold foam and it be the right consistency. I think there should be a refresher on the sweet cream recipe for the whole store tbh. I think y’all need to add some more heavy cream. Love y’all though.

Normally every time I go, I have a wonderful experience picking up drinks and the customer service is wonderful. However, this morning I had my first bad experience here. I normally never leave a bad review because I also work in customer service with very demanding clientele, so I understand it can be tiring. I put in a mobile order this morning, and it said it would be ready at 10:52, so when I pulled up at 10:52 to pick it up, I thought there’d be no problem. The parking lot was next to empty, there was no one in front or behind me in line, so I was fine to wait if they needed more time preparing it. Again, I did come at the time the app specified. The girl asked quite rudely “can I help you”, and I told her I was picking up for Ellie. When I came around, she interrupted me saying “good morning” to again rudely ask if I wanted straws, and then give me the drinks a moment later. She then, for whatever reason she thought it was appropriate, told me “it’d be great if you could wait to come to give us more time”. Now if I had arrived significantly early, I would understand. But it was the angry tone in which she said it, and the fact that I arrived when the app said to. She also forgot two items of my order, and I had to rush to remind her before she closed the window on me. She had very light hair, I’m not sure what her name was. Again I usually have a good experience, which I why I didn’t give a bad star rating, because I don’t want to hurt the other baristas who are so wonderful.
Every time i go here i get my coffee cup not even filled up all the way. Waste of money place. Im so irritated with starbucks now. First its a rip off with stupid ice when u tell them to do light ice its still all I’ve and no coffee and now with hot drinks they don’t even fill it up all the way. What are we paying money for then??. Cardboard cups for $7?.
I go here just about every day and they usually know my order. Very fast service. Even when there is a line it moves quickly. Its nice to go somewhere and them know your order.
