I went thru the drive thru and they had cash only, I didn't have cash and it was fine. I did stop at the window though since I had a question. All 3 barista's looked at me in my car. Not one of them acknowledged me or went to the window to greet me in over 3 minutes and I ended up driving off. It was bad customer service. I get it if they didn't know I was there, but they all looked at me then looked away and kept working. They had no idea what I was going to ask, but should have at least acknowledged me instead of noticing me and ignoring me.
Glad to see some seating is back! Most of the waitstaff are very friendly and helpful.

I would put 0 but I can't the service was horrible no welcome when I came in and was very disrespectful towards me and I still tried to order and she couldnt break cash I was ordering a dragon fruit drink and a pup cup so thank you for the horrible service !!!!!!
I have been getting the same exact drink for years. This location was actually a regular spot for me because they usually make it correct 90% of the time. It’s not a difficult order either, just a coffee frap and I request the caramel drizzle be just in the bottom of the cup.
Well I went one morning and they just lined the cup, I politely said I had requested it just at the bottom so could they please just do it in a new cup and dump it in, I specifically tell them they do not have to remake the frap itself to save them time because I just wanted the caramel at the bottom. I’ve done this at other stores and they appreciate not having to remake the whole thing. Well not this store. I could hear the drive thru woman explaining it to the barista who caught MAJOR attitude and started telling her that’s not allowed and they “only have so much caramel” - I wasn’t asking for a half bottle lol but 50 cent charge for caramel, I want it where I requested. The drive thru woman comes back with my drink and tells me that in the future they cannot do the caramel in the bottom because there is no button for it. When I questioned her about when that became a rule or why that is even a thing when I had no issues ordering the same drink THE DAY BEFORE, she just said “it’s a new policy”… ummm overnight?? And no other store is aware?? Clearly they just did not want to make my drink how I requested it. The attitude was unreal. I talked to corporate who assured me that was NOT a policy, has NEVER been a policy, and that they should have made the drink the way I wanted.
So, if you want anything made at all differently than exactly how THEY want to make it, I’d suggest a different Starbucks. Nearly $8 for a coffee and they cant even be bothered to do it right. They clearly do not like their jobs. It’s a shame because there is one barista there who I love and have never had an issue with. But I won’t be returning to this location again.

Customer service was absolutely terrible here . Jas the apparent manger was horribly rude. I asked for a hot latte, it was give to me opposite. I stated I would like it made hot as requested and was informed I can’t receive my hot latte unless I give the cold one back. I said I just put my lips on this and don’t understand why you would want it back but you can feel here that it is ice cold. They gave me a cold drink with sleeve protector on it for no reason. I then told jas I’ll just keep both drinks. She said you cannot have both. You must choose. I said in order hot and you made it cold and I had to drive around a second time just give me the hot one. It was a huge waste of time and extremely ridiculous and rude.

Best Starbucks location by far! Madisen provides top tier drinks and customer service! They've been busier than normal lately and the staff has been absolutely crushing it!

Coffee tastes great but it’s only half a cup. The last two times I’ve been they have given me half a cup of coffee. I don’t know why they don’t fill it up but it’s the last time I’ll pay 7 bucks for half a cup of coffee.
Absolutely horrible, I was asking my daughter what her drink was called and the lady seemed to be having a bad day and yelled at me when she didn't even give me at least 3 minutes, my daughter said the drink was good but absolutely horrible service. I usually get my daughters drinks here
