This place needs to get their shit together. They run their mornings like a cluster f! I got a notification my order was ready at 9:45, when I got there one drink was completed. I had to wait additional 20 minutes to get a tea! The people just stand around and not completing orders. My order had coconut milk instead of regular milk and she put regular milk in it. Then said it was the same thing. My $10 coffee wasn’t even 3/4 full and tasted like everything was burnt. Service had so much attitude and couldn’t care less about actually working.

Dietary restrictions: Don’t expect them to follow those. They said it’s all the same with an eye roll

I got a Mocha cookie frappe and it was about 50% whipped cream throughout the whole coffee. And it tasted like peppermint. So I got a different flavor that I ordered and since they didn’t blend enough, they filled it with whipped cream. Definitely feel like I got ripped off.

Love for Science

I am one of those whose drink order is customize ie complicated. My friend is the same. This os one of two locations that always gets our order right!!!!! We love them. We go once to twice a day some days so....... I can tell by looking at my usual order if they got it right or wrong.

I normally come to this Starbucks, I have had my fair share of good and bad experiences, however this morning 8/22/2024 at 7:22 am was the worst experience I have had in any establishment in my 40 years. I walked in this morning and approached the cash register, a frizzy haired redhead barked at me "are you here to make an order", I was confused as I assumed that me standing in front of the register was common sense for those who wanted to start an order. She repeated in a very demeaning tone and I just nodded. I watched as new customers came in and her demeanor changed for those people, she was polite and cordial. I then went to get my drink and food and stood next to the delivery area after about 10 minutes, she spoke to me, again in a demeaning tone about how "these are your items". I told her I only ordered one egg bite not two and she kept shoving them towards me. I told her I did not hear my name and her response was "well did you give me a name?". I have no idea what I did to this woman but I felt so embarrassed, everyone in the store was looking at me as if expecting a blow up, but I just left. I later checked and I was over charged for an egg bite. I could tell that she was stressed out but its no reason to treat customers and other staff under her "leadership" disrespectfully. Please do much better Starbucks, as I no longer feel welcome in this store and will now drive out of my way to go to another store or go across the street to another coffee place.
