The service was ok wish they were faster at making the coffee because they were slow and my coffee wasn’t full it was lower then expected

They gave me a dirty lid with coffee on it (I did not order a coffee beverage) I asked for light ice, did not have light ice, and I even tipped. Will not come back to this location ever again.

They are nice but mess my order up when I go. They do not have a drive- thru and when I have to get out, go in, and then it is wrong I am not a fan.

I work long shifts, I am tired. I get coffee here at 7 am almost every morning.I just want a straw with my coffee. EVERY TIME.
Why do you hide the straws behind the counter? I already ordered online I don’t want to wait in line or have to wait for someone EVERY time I want a freaking straw! Just put them out!

Some of the baristas at this location are VERY rude. Asked for a straw since they don't keep them out anymore, without even acknowledging me she grabbed one and threw it across the counter.

I had a DoorDash delivery from them, and I asked to get a coffee for me to go as well, the girl who took my order was rude and when she asked me if I need a straw and I said “yes please”, she threw it at me. Im now boycotting them for

I spilled a hot drink, Jacob and Taylor helped me in no more than 15 seconds and got the mess completely cleaned up in a polite, meaningful matter. Not only this, but they remade the drink for free. 10/10 service.

Parking: The parking is directly outside of the Starbucks.

Kid-friendliness: They did not care if you had an annoying kid they would treat you the same.

This chubby girl with glasses and burgundy hair was such a rude person! I asked her for a spoon and she rudely said I'll get it when I can! And then she went to grab it a minute later and she literally threw it at me then I told her have a good day and she just looked at me and completely ignored me! The only reason I didn't give the store just one star is because the guy that took my order was actually really nice! But this is why I continue to go to the store on 15th and Broadway because they have way better customer service!
