I recently visited this Starbucks location through the drive-thru and was disappointed with the service I received. The store was out of the chocolate croissant I wanted, so I ordered a ham and cheese instead, along with a matcha lemonade and an iced caramel latte. When I got to the window, my card was declined twice, and the barista questioned whether I was using the correct Apple Pay card, which felt a bit uncomfortable. I paid in cash instead, but when I asked for my receipt so my wife could earn her Starbucks Rewards, I was told that “you have to scan first to get them” and was never given the receipt I requested. I understand that things can get busy, but I would have appreciated a little more courtesy and communication during the interaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience in the future.

Been here four times this week. Service and speed have been outstanding. Cafe and restrooms have been clean. Food and atmosphere have been typical middle-of-the-road as is typical of Starbucks.

Starbucks quality has gone down so bad recently.. idk why but they put the smallest amount of milk and cold foam in all my drinks. If I ask for one less shot of espresso my cup should be filled with more milk not empty space.

Always a great experience at Starbucks! The drinks are consistently delicious, and the staff is friendly, quick, and attentive. Love the cozy atmosphere—perfect for grabbing a coffee and relaxing or getting some work done. Definitely my go-to spot for a caffeine fix! Highly recommended.

Stood there for 15 minutes and nobody even looked up or said hello. Left with nothing and will not go back. Your stuck up baristas need to get a new job. Working with the public is not for them.

I love anything from Starbucks and the drinks are so good! My order that I normally get is one Venti Pink Drink with a cake pop. They made such good food, and I don't know how! This is a great place to study or to go on a little date. I highly recommend this place!
