I was sitting at a stop light, saw a Starbucks up ahead and decided I would put in a mobile order. I continued the short distance to the store, pulled to the drive thru and gave them my name. Your employee responded with these exact words. Kerri it looks like we just got this order, there’s no one in front of you so you’re OK this time, you can go ahead and drive forward but next time give us 5-10 minutes after putting in the order”.
