I was sitting at a stop light, saw a Starbucks up ahead and decided I would put in a mobile order. I continued the short distance to the store, pulled to the drive thru and gave them my name. Your employee responded with these exact words. Kerri it looks like we just got this order, there’s no one in front of you so you’re OK this time, you can go ahead and drive forward but next time give us 5-10 minutes after putting in the order”. First of all I don’t need to be chastised by someone I’ve tipped in advance after already paying for an overpriced drink. Second I need someone to tell me why showing up 3 minutes after an order is put in is any different than driving up and verbally ordering the same thing. In my mind I gave you a 3 minute heads up. I really don’t understand why the comment was warranted at all. I will be visiting my local Dutch Brothers from now on. They seem happy to have my business regardless of how they get it.

Came in, drained and hungry after hours of sitting at the dealership and some poor life choices. VIRGINIA AND ASH, fabulous young ladies. They listened to my sad day and helped me with my order. Best Starbucks experience. Ash is famous for her chai. Virginia brought me the tastiest little croissant. Fab experience.

Coolest, kindest, most hardworking baristas. I was greeted with such lively voices when I walked in, and was also given a goodbye when leaving- very attentive staff!! My drink was made to absolute precision and tasted amazing. I’d also like to give a shoutout to Hailey, who I believe was the manager working. Thank you for making me feel comfortable/less awkward and for making my day much better! :) I really enjoyed your recommendations

This is one of the best stores ever. I always feel welcome every single time I walk in. The manager and the baristas are so nice. I especially love the pride flag they have in the store. Makes me so happy! Don’t understand why people have to make it political or take their time to comment with so much hate. Sounds like a personal issue. I will always return here.

Been coming here for 3ish years and the service has declined. This location is consistently out of stock with various food items and takes 15+ minutes to get through the drive through with 2 cars total.

Placed a mobile order on the app and headed to the store. Let the barista know I had a mobile order and the response was “For future orders Starbucks has changed the policy on mobile orders and ask you give us 12 minutes but we’ll go ahead and make it you can pull around” First, completely unaware of this “new policy” maybe add that to the mobile app! I pulled around and got “here’s your food, waiting on the drink” the drink is given to me after a wait and got a friendly thanks (sarcasm).
