The drive-thru service was disappointing. Despite only having three cars ahead of me, I waited for a long time. When I finally got to the window, they didn’t even know my order, so I had to reorder and wait again. The drink, a dragon fruit lemonade, was also a letdown—it barely had any dragon fruit pieces and didn’t taste good.

I truly loved the store.
Unfortunately, Starbucks is moving in the opposite direction of the "Back to Starbucks" plan mentioned by leadership in 2024's Q4. You need to make a purchase every visit to Starbucks, or you'll be asked to leave. Every. Single. Visit.
While on the face (and on paper), it seems perfectly reasonable.
Until you realize that if you purchase ANY Starbucks brand (beans, ground or instant) coffee at any other retailer, you will NOT be able to enjoy it in-cafe. If you purchase a drink and leave the store, you'll have to ensure you dont visit another store or leave too long. The wifi may be free, but you'll have to enjoy it in your vehicle and hope you do not need to use the restroom.
Not too bad of an issue, as Panera Bread (with their truly glorious sip club subscription) is right up the street.
It is a sad day when Starbucks policy directly rejects the community that holds them in such high regard. I can not imagine the stress this now puts on employees, who now have to enforce the very antithesis of "Back to Starbucks"
The staff are definitely the ones who get the worst end of this policy. As they deserve better corporate leadership.

They always do a good job on whatever they’re crafting for me. It’s hard to complain! It’s quick and easy at this location. The only downside is the parking is limited. Great coffee spot!

Dear Manager,
I have been to many coffee shops across 32 states. The service at your coffee shop exceeded my expectations.
I ordered for a regular ice tea. There was a bit of delay (a minute or so which is insignificant) in getting my coffee. Hailey offered me a gift card along with my tea. I politely refuse since I didn’t feel I earned it and the mistake didn’t warrant one. But it did leave me with a great impression about the store, the staff and the overall experience. Hailey and other team members deserve to be recognized for the outstanding work they have been doing.

I recently visited the Starbucks near Oklahoma Christian University and had a great experience. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for studying. It's an ideal spot for students looking for a peaceful place to get some work done. Highly recommend!

We went today and killed time, waiting for a business to open. We had cold brews iced with almond milk. It was good. The restaurant seemed clean. The baristas did a good job.

I have been coming to this location regularly for many years and I have noticed that when the main manager isn't there in the mornings their food prep and service is not what I usually experience. Today when I received my order at the drive through the bag my breakfast sandwich was in had chocolate smeared across the top of it and there were bits of cheese on the front and back of the bag.
