The lady who took my order was extremely nice and meet my needs however I asked for a Mocha Cookie Crumple Frappuccino without caffeine and I was received a blended ice with caffeine and for my mother she ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and the ice to whip cream ratio was extremely off mainly consisting whip cream.

Who doesn’t love a Starbucks pick me up?

The people here are very sweet and really good at what they do. My dad comes here often and they always say hi and remember his name.

As several other people note, this is a poorly run Starbucks. The staff here are rude and make fun of customers with disabilities to their faces. The staff need more training on how to be kind toward customers.

Well if you have an hour to kill and don’t mind your coffee tasting like a foot this is the place for you. The only thing worse than the coffee is the attitude of the employees. Two customers in front of us got so annoyed with the wait they just walked out. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever.

This is my favorite starbucks. The baristas are always superb and incredibly helpful. I've never had an incorrect drink order, and I visit 3 - 4 times a week. The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate when it's busy, but it's not bad at all outside of high traffic hours. Even ordering inside, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes, even for a large order. Tip your baristas! They deserve it!

It's a Starbucks! Yay! The coffee is a little bit better than the stuff you can make at home (or if it's not, teach me your espresso machine magic!), but it's so expensive it's not even funny ? My girlfriend felt down on election day, so I go to buy her some coffee and I get myself and my mother some as well. 3 cups of coffee came out to nearly $20... WHAT??? Yall, inflation is crazy, I'm never buying a house.

Love for Science

Gagging because they pumped sewage out during business hours. You could smell it from the highway exit. Didn’t see it was them until it was too late. Disgusting!!!!

I stopped here a few times while I was in town for work and I’m not sure if the execution was off or if the espresso machine isn’t working properly but half the time the espresso tasted burnt and bitter. I couldn’t even drink them a few times but of course I was on the road by the time I tasted them. They were also always too cold, needed a few more seconds of warming up. I would have tried another location but this was on my way from hotel to work. Staff was wonderful though!

This Starbucks is the worst I’ve been to. They cannot follow basic recipes; the coffee is too bitter or too much cream. They are always sold out of everything. It’s so very poorly ran. I hope the new Starbucks on Waterloo opens soon and hopefully doesn’t have the same owner.

Typical Starbucks setting, but this place seems particularly clean, service is always upbeat as you expect and all products I have had have came quickly and have been very good. Definitely recommend this one if Starbucks is your liking.
