Courtney is amazing. The staff is friendly and the bathroom is clean. The coffee is great. I am not a fancy coffee drinker but I love white chocolate venti mocha šŸ˜‹ thank you for being open early.

This location has become a study hall for kids. They are allowed to come in take up the chairs and tables, spend a couple of hours or more, have a drink.
We go there to have a cup of coffee, have a sandwich and desert and leave in 30.minutes. Not any more!

I love this Starbucks location. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is welcoming and warm. My order is usually pretty basic, but they get it right and on time no matter how busy they are. 5 Stars for me!

I have never received my order through the app in the time frame they estimate. But I also don't want to order too early in the off chance they make it on time because I don't want the ice in the drink to melt. Just really frustrating when you are on a time crunch and want to grab your drink quickly thinking ordering it ahead of time will help expedite the process..

I was sitting at a stop light, saw a Starbucks up ahead and decided I would put in a mobile order. I continued the short distance to the store, pulled to the drive thru and gave them my name. Your employee responded with these exact words. Kerri it looks like we just got this order, there’s no one in front of you so you’re OK this time, you can go ahead and drive forward but next time give us 5-10 minutes after putting in the orderā€. First of all I don’t need to be chastised by someone I’ve tipped in advance after already paying for an overpriced drink. Second I need someone to tell me why showing up 3 minutes after an order is put in is any different than driving up and verbally ordering the same thing. In my mind I gave you a 3 minute heads up. I really don’t understand why the comment was warranted at all. I will be visiting my local Dutch Brothers from now on. They seem happy to have my business regardless of how they get it.

The staff here is fast and friendly. Their store manager I think is Caleb, super caring and kind. I’m always in and out the cafe, and always get a nice greeting to start my day before work.

As others have mentioned customer service is very poorly at this location. The young lady working the drive-thru was very rude and hateful. I believe her name may be Destinee but not sure. I ordered a mobile order and she was very irritated and unpleasant. I proceeded to the window and she didnt acknowledge me as customer, gave me my items with force, and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a straw and napkins and she ignored me. Once she asked what I was waiting for and I told her she gave me a balled up handful of napkins. As I was driving off she had the meanest facial expression as I was leaving. Save yourself time and frustration and go to another location. Very unprofessional as this location.
