As others have mentioned customer service is very poorly at this location. The young lady working the drive-thru was very rude and hateful. I believe her name may be Destinee but not sure. I ordered a mobile order and she was very irritated and unpleasant. I proceeded to the window and she didnt acknowledge me as customer, gave me my items with force, and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a straw and napkins and she ignored me. Once she asked what I was waiting for and I told her she gave me a balled up handful of napkins. As I was driving off she had the meanest facial expression as I was leaving. Save yourself time and frustration and go to another location. Very unprofessional as this location.

All the reviews complaining about the customer service at this location are spot on. I frequent Starbucks all over OKC and this one is definitely the worst when it comes to employees. How hard is it to just acknowledge a customer and let them know you’ll be with them shortly? Instead they’ll let you stand there forever waiting without saying a word to you. Also don’t order a food item with your mobile order because it will never be there ready with your drinks and there’s no telling how long you’ll have to wait for someone to help you and get it!

Parking: When busy in the rush hour can park by 7/11 or on the north side,still can place to pickup order ,if don't want to be on line with all vehicles, staff is working fast to deliver.

They are pretty new, and I wish they had some good service. I would highly recommend doing a mobile order and pick them up as they take so much time to make food. We tried lavender flavored hot latte, which was not very good.
