This location does not reflect a Starbucks with their excellent service and delicious coffees . Worst experience, lack of service and waited over 20 minute's for 3 coffees which were wrong, and instead of remaking they added more ice and foam. If zero was possible, this location would be a zero!

Did a mobile order app said 5 mins got there at 5 minutes. Lady in drive thru (when I was the only car) said I should’ve waited 10-15 mins. Very rude. Either she is wrong or the mobile app. Drinks were great as always.

This place is not good, I tried it 2 times and it wasnt good the first time. I ordered the carmel ribbion crunch and it has coffee and there wasnt any inside just cream and ice and carmel, and it was very liquidity and it usually it had small ice chunks but i didnt it was just straight up water and cream mix together. The 2nd time I order I told the barista that it was water down and all they said was ok and didnt even care and did the same thing as last time. Definitely wont be coming back. I have two pictures showing the difference. The firstpicture is this place. The other 2 pictures are from okc behind to the outlet (200 Outlet shoppes drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73128)

Try couple time. Always order same thing it don’t come out right. No flavor test like water and cream not coffee. I don’t think I will back.
This place is close to my work so I come here but I have to make sure I come at least 15-30 min before I have to clock in. This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Busy or not. The staff is always friendly and great I just wish they were faster.
