My first time at Stella Nova was interesting, to say the least. I went in for a simple coffee somewhere different than Starbucks, but instead, I got hit on by some 18-year-old kid with red curly hair who made the most NASTIEST comments ever! And working behind the counter are you kidding me. Seriously? I made it clear I wasn't interested, and he definitely didn't take it well. Super awkward and unprofessional. Also let me put the 3% surcharge on credit cards is VERY upsetting! That just shows how unprofessional and disgusting this business is! I don't appreciate that kind of behavior, and it's safe to say I won't be going back ever again.

the girl at the front counter coudent handle my question or my order . then after she took my 8bucks for a medium cold brew. told me not to come back . that I made it a hostile work inviroment. how ? by⁵ asking for assistance with my card ? she's needs to get a different job.

I ordered food and really wanted a coffee but did not order one. Hannah handed me my delish egg and bacon English muffin with a giant smile that made me smile! Brandon the manager, had been attentive to my coffee pricing inquiry, and asked me what kind of coffee I would have ordered. And the next thing I know Brandon was handing me a free coffee and the one of my dreams! Just what I would have ordered!! Stella Nova has amazingly friendly and attentive employees from the manager down. Thank you guys so much for making my week!!

This place has no skill set or knowledge of order of operations whatsoever. Every time it takes 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and a drink I tried to give them the same benefit of the doubt is the one downtown, but this one has huge problems and makes me never wanna go to any Stella nova
Went into for a drink that they have made me several time before “hug in a cup” and was told they didn’t have the stuff to make it. Which was fine I was able to find something else but it took 30 mins just to get TWO drinks. Unfortunately we won’t be back. I get low staff but the workers weren’t very friendly and acted annoyed that they were even there , but they did apologize for the LONG wait.

Couldn’t make coffee at home this morning in this place was on the way to work, the last time I stopped here was about a month ago and it took them 15 minutes to get me a bagel and a coffee to go
Try to make it easier on them today and order a coffee with a blueberry muffin, which was sitting in the case
It took 12 minutes for them to get me a coffee and a blueberry muffin The staff seemed to care more about chitchatting between themselves than taking care of the customers
I’m not sure if there was a manager on duty, but if there was, they didn’t seem to care about it either
I can drive a mile each way to the next closest coffee shop and it would probably save me time

Outrageously expensive, very rude staff who literally mopped under my feet without saying a word despite being there 2 hours before close. Coffee was good but did not make up for the terrible experience.
