Hate to leave less than perfect reviews. I ordered a family meal to go. Very disappointed to say the least. I called back but the worker/manager was about as tasteless as the meal. I am certain in my mind that the beef being served is not brisket but instead is a smoked chuck roast. Not terrible but not brisket. Very dry, and actually too tender. It falls apart like a roast. Nothing like the original Steve’s Ribs. Could just be me, try for yourself!

We have several good BBQ spots here in Edmond. They can handle very large orders and if you get that good brisket not dried out yet , your going to be very pleased eating here.

The last two times I have wanted to order a loaded baked potato (which has always been delicious in the past) they have been out. Last Sat night I tried to call to make a pickup order and was put on hold twice for a long period of time. I ended up driving there thinking they were most likely crazy busy only to find just one family eating in the restaurant and two guys just standing at the counter. They were out of potatoes, ribs, salad and dessert and all before 7:00 pm. I was told by the guy at the counter that the owner chooses not to have too much food on hand because he doesn't want to be wasteful. I ended up leaving and going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Nice little place. Great sides, great BBQ. My favorite is the sliced brisket and fried okra. They are very generous with the okra, and I love that. Bring cash if you can, it will save you a few bucks.

I have been going to Steve's Rib for about a year. I enjoy the food and the staff; they are pretty good guys. I say that sarcastically. ? Truth is the staff has always been friendly and quick to help with suggestions, and they take care of each customer. My brother was impressed with the food; back in Arkansas, where my brother currently lives, he is quite the pit master himself. His wife has won a few 1st place awards in the Colorado and Missouri state fairs. So I am convinced that if they approve of a restaurant, it has to be excellent. On our last visit, unfortunately they were serving their last Rib dinner to a couple who arrived just before me. I have not had the Ribs, but I love their brisket, and I order it every time along with something else.
All the guys here are AWESOME!!!! Food quality is spectacular and very delicious!!! The ribs are literally BUSSIN!!!!! ?✨️?✨️? And the restaurant is always clean and organized!!! ?✨️

Experienced Steve’s ribs food in person and it was just terrible. Service was taking way 2 long and our ribs were definitely over cooked.. they didn’t slide of the bone like they should. It looked very dirty inside the restaurant.
