I came here but don't do the drive through.Because it does not work at all.Even though it'll totally function and take your order.I don't know if it's because the people inside don't know how to use this or not. Also, the people here need to start understanding what the vegetables and all the condiments are or what they mean.Because it's frustrating when you keep telling them what the cucumbers are et.Cetera, and they keep trying to put something else on there. I ended up just taking the sandwich at the end because I was done.Trying to redo this order over and over again and the food was not even that good.It was very dry. If they don't understand what your order is, they'll just make a random sandwich for you.

Absolutely some of the worst service ever, extremely disrespectful and too busy talking to someone on their personal phone to make my order right. After informing her multiple times she wasn’t making my sandwiches correctly she had the worst attitude and then I told her I don’t want the sandwiches because they are not made right then she attempted to remake them and still didn’t make them right. I paid for my messed up sandwiches. I will not be back.

Stopped in this afternoon for one of those new footlong pretzels and the two employees working were beyond rude -- to the point of seeming hostile. To add insult to injury, the pretzel was stale, hard & inedible. First and last time ever going in there.

Avoid this location after 9 p.m., unless you don't mind sloppy sandwiches and being rushed because they want to start closing up. Maybe change your hours if you want to close the store before 10 pm. Was told they were out of tomatoes, guessing that they just didn't want to cut more because then they would have to clean up after it again. I've worked in fast food, so I get it, but this is not the way to handle late night business, especially on a Friday. Other than this experience, the sandwiches are almost always made correctly and prepared fast.

I tipped with cash today and some lady stole it out of their tip jar while I was eating! Please tip these folks when you can. The prices are so high now they probably don't get tips very often, and if they're getting stolen that makes it even worse.
Love the sandwiches but their choice of music really wears on my nerves.Why not play some 70's mellow rock or some classic country.

I come here all the time and order a footlong. I eat one half after work on really stressful days and save the other for work lunch. It's very hard to find a good subway nowadays and I'm happy to come to this one because they've been great.However last couple times I've been I met a couple 'newer' girls that have messed up my sandwich :( the first time it was the wrong sauce and told her it was totally okay and just please wipe some of it off and I'd be fine, but today it was a different girl and she asked me what cheese I wanted and I didn't get any cheese at all, even after toasting the sandwich :(I called twice today minutes after I left, didn't get an answer even though it's never busy and they don't close for an hour. I would hate to come up there or even confront anyone because I understand it could be an easy mistake but it's really disappointing I'm always looking forward to coming here for dinner and next lunch. I put my own veggies in so they don't get soggy now I have to add my own melted pepper jack too.I just wanted these experiences to be known to the staff please and thank you, I would hate to leave this subway for another off campus.
