I tipped with cash today and some lady stole it out of their tip jar while I was eating! Please tip these folks when you can. The prices are so high now they probably don't get tips very often, and if they're getting stolen that makes it even worse.

I come here all the time and order a footlong. I eat one half after work on really stressful days and save the other for work lunch. It's very hard to find a good subway nowadays and I'm happy to come to this one because they've been great.However last couple times I've been I met a couple 'newer' girls that have messed up my sandwich :( the first time it was the wrong sauce and told her it was totally okay and just please wipe some of it off and I'd be fine, but today it was a different girl and she asked me what cheese I wanted and I didn't get any cheese at all, even after toasting the sandwich :(I called twice today minutes after I left, didn't get an answer even though it's never busy and they don't close for an hour. I would hate to come up there or even confront anyone because I understand it could be an easy mistake but it's really disappointing I'm always looking forward to coming here for dinner and next lunch. I put my own veggies in so they don't get soggy now I have to add my own melted pepper jack too.I just wanted these experiences to be known to the staff please and thank you, I would hate to leave this subway for another off campus.

Just bought this great garlic sandwich from here and there were about 5 dead flies in it. I was lucky to notice one fall out while eating it. Not only will I not eat here again, I will never eat subway again and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know about this.

We got a deal, buy a sandwich get one for free. My son had a bite from his sandwich a big fat dead fly fell on the table. He looked inside the sandwich to his surprise there were 4 more dead flies inside the sandwich. THIS IS DISGUSTING.MY SON LIKED SUBWAY BEFORE, HOWEVER HE SAYS HE WILL NEVER HAVE SUBEAY AGAIN. I HAVE POSTED THE PICTURE.

This Subway steals your money and doesn't refund it!!!! Do NOT order here!!!!! This is a lot so bear with me. I ordered online through Mobile order on the subway app on November 26th. Right around the time it was expected to have been delivered I get a notification on the app as well as through email that they cancelled my order without any reason provided. I then received a voicemail from the doordasher they partnered with and she explained that the doors were locked for some reason and they would not let her inside to get my food even though there were people in there and apologized because there was nothing else she could do. I then contacted the store over the phone and the guy I spoke to would not give me a reason as to why they decided to close and cancel my order. So, I then asked when would I be expecting my refund to my account and he didn't even know nor would he grab a manger to figure it out. I then tried contacting corporate's number because I was appalled by the lack of training and crappy customer service. The corporate phone number listed won't allow you through to people anymore and tells you that you must fill out concerns online. Which I may add is incredibly frustrating and inefficient. I finally got a response through email from based off his signature an operator for the corporate office. They promised me a refund and couldn't give me a reason as to why this happened in the first place. I responded with what was asked of me from his email of course to provide order numbers and my last four of the card that was used as proof for it to be refunded back on it. Once December 5th came along, I continued to look through my bank statements and still saw no refund in the process, so I contacted the operator that emailed me once more to follow up. It's now been nearly a month with no refund at all as promised on their end. Not only did I not receive my product as promised, but I did not receive a refund as promised and therefore this store stole my money which is a big and serious claim. I have not only the voicemail recording from the doordasher admitting that the doors were locked and nobody would let her in to grab my food; I'm making the assumption here that they didn't contact her either about the cancelled order, but also the email exchanges between me and this corporate operator; or should I say lack there of, but also bank statements showing no refund in the process. Also, I want to include the fact I still haven't gotten a response after I tried to follow up with them about the lack of communication, as well as my money being neglected to be refunded. Yeah, this is a lot for some food, but accountability needs to be taken with businesses no matter small or large shouldn't be getting away with pulling this crap. Sorry I'm not going to be brushed away and stay silent when it comes to literal stealing and negligence. If I could add the voicemail from the dasher on here I would as well seeing as I still have that as well. This is not okay by any means, and not how I would think a bigger named brand company would operate their businesses.

Unprofessional. Sat in the drive thru for my online order that I could see was already prepared for 10 min before going inside and being greeted with attitude.

They are never open on time. Supposed to open at 9:00. Multiple times I’ve tried to walk in at 9:10 and the door is still locked. The workers always have their headphones in so no one can hear if someone is knocking. Atrocious service.

Ordered to pick up my food.Went to the drive thru and there was no option on the touch-screen for me to show I was here to pick up an order. I pressed the help button and waited a minute then pressed it again and waited a few minutes. Eventually I drove up to the window and pressed the button there, I then waited for FIVE minutes and even saw two employees look over at me but ignore me. Both on their phone and talking to one another.I decided to park and walk inside where an employee noticed me but again didn’t care to acknowledge me and instead walked into the back of the store. After me standing at the counter for two minutes they finally greeted me.What’s the point in ordering take-out online if it takes even longer that way? Especially whenever I get there after the estimated time given AND could see my order was ready on the counter (a order of just one sandwich.) they had no customers in line and only one person who was dining in plus it was the middle of the day so I’m not sure if their equipment doesn’t work or if they’re just not wanting to be there.
