Bread was old, tough to chew. The last two meatball subs I've ordered here were cold, like straight out of the fridge cold. Last time we order at this one.

I’ve been there a hand full of times and this is an overall review of the service I’ve gotten there. You tell them one thing and they do another absolutely garbage!!! Not to mention the flys on the food!

Hadn't been to any Subway in a long time, the food was okay, they were out of a lot of ingredients. They were also out of soap in the restroom. Ate inside, employees talking to each other just cursing every other word. One employee had a hoodie advertising a pot dispensary, do they not have Subway shirts anymore?

I am disgusted that I have to even leave one star. The service that was in there, absolutely absurd. The place is dirty and should be shut down. Please go to any other Subway or other sandwich shop in the area. Do everything you can to stay away from these disgusting people.

The staff here is always kind and courteous. The store is extremely clean and well stocked. The manager is definitely one of the best and has a great store and employees. And you can't beat the sandwiches!

went to the subway on E. Waterloo Rd. Never have had an experience like this at a subway. Did not seem to be too concerned with my sandwich in appearance in the way it was made so I left it.

Went in a minute ago, kid with medium brown hair had an attitude for no reason and literally threw my sandwich across the counter.. seemed more interested in laughing with his buddy than actually doing his job. I’m good on dealing with that when trying to get an overpriced sandwich.

They open at 9 AM and the employees weren’t ready So they told us to go away and it’s already 9:20. I think that is ridiculous
I went to there and it was so rude and he doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

We ordered on the app with special instructions for a Philly and a tuna on the two for one deal. We picked up the sandwiches and drove 10 miles home. The Philly had no cheese on it and few vegetables even though I asked for double. The sandwich had bacon and ham on it mixed in the beef. The sandwich had not been toasted.I took pictures of this mess. When I called I was told they made a mistake and they would make me another. That is twenty miles round trip for their mistake. I don't think so.

I have only one complaint about this Subway. I get the wheat bread usually but on occasion i get Italian(white). The past 3 times I ordered the white bread it was so dry it flaked little pieces all over me with each bite. It was rather tough also. Other than that I truly like this Subway. I eat there 2-4 times a week.
