The people in there are always nice and I can get my order and sit down for lunch break or for dinner. It's usually empty and quiet in there so I can just sit eat and take care of some quick business.

I ordered the Turkey Titan sandwich which is supposed to have extra meat and there was barely even in my sandwich, didn't even look like a regular sewing let alone extra as stated on the description. And don't even get me started on the bread, it was so stale it kept falling apart every time I took a bite and had to really bite down hard to even get it to cut. Ended up throwing the sandwich away. I called the phone number for the location to speak to someone but they never answered. I tried going online to write a complaint ant the website took me to a page that said I had a phone virus. Subway get your employees and website together.

I ordered a sandwich 35 minutes before close on the application, my credit card was charged , and I went to immediately pick up the sandwich. I get to the store the man acts like he never got my order I check the app and it says VOIDED meaning he cancelled my order because he didn't want to make it 35 minutes before close. My money has yet to be refunded and they refuse to answer their phones to address my issue. THEYRE THIEVES DONT ORDER HERE GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE OTHER SUBWAY WHERE THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD IF YOU PAY FOR IT.

“DO NOT GET THE CHURRO’S! So I just bought a churro here and not to sound offensive or anything, but I love Indian food and know what it tastes like, and the grease that they cook the churros with, had to have been used for other type of food. It reminded me of Indian food. You can taste it and it tastes just like Indian food.So when you bite into a churro at this Subway you could get quite the surprise.
Little advice for the stores owners. You may want to clean your filters and change your grease before cooking churro’s.
Oh and also the female cashier was a bit snotty and had a resting Poop face when i had to ask for another cup because there were dirt particles in it. Found out that it wasn’t the cup it was coming outta the soda fountain itself. Booooooo! Subway on 2nd/Bryant. Lessoned learned ONLY BUY CHURROS FROM A MEXICAN ESTABLISHMENT ; )

I order on the app and there’s never any cheese on our sandwiches and they never toast them. Don’t know why it happens it does EVERY TIME we order.

I’ve gone to this subway a few times now. Once subway jacked up their prices and got rid of the $5 foot long i stoped going. I found some codes online for reasonably priced subs and I’ve been coming back since. The service here is great. If you mess up your online order they are happy to fix it in person for you, and are always friendly. My order has always been correct and fresh. The only complaint is that the break is like trying to eat cardboard if you toast it, at any subway that I’ve been to lately, so I’m not toasting anymore.

I love subway, but not this one. It's been bought by individuals. The bread was hard as a rock. The chicken was questionable. Nope, not going back.

It's OK. Sometimes, the spinach is past its prime and dark green/slimey on the edges.

Language barrier problem #2. Can't understand woman so man asked me if I have a pick-up order. No I didn't. I asked her to toast wheat bread and provolone cheese. I found out she didn't put cheese on it! She had to toast it again. She asked me if I wanted tuna and I already told her a tuna sandwich to start. Did she think I changed my mind or she can't remember already? I told her to put ranch dressing on it and then spinach but she tried to put spinach on first & I had to stop her so I can tell her to take the stems off I can't chew. This is almost as bad as Santa Fe location, but not quite. She did cut my sandwich up into thirds and all the way though. Frustrating and I won't be back. I didn't try to ask what language they speak. Maybe the same person who runs Santa Fe location owns this one too.

I ate here and got treated horribly. The guy at the counter was annoyed when I showed up cause I haven't eaten at Subway in a long time. You know, I forgot the names of the different breads and they do their menu differently now. Anyways, he was annoyed and I finished my order and was eating when another employee rudely chose to sweep directly under my table, deliberately knocking my shoes with the broom. Ashad, the manager said he talked with his staff but he hasnt reached out to make things right. It's clear. Money is the bottom line and they dont care just as long as you spend it there.

Don't go here. Go to any other subway, they served me hard bread, then the manager played with it, with his nasty hands, handed it back and said he found nothing wrong. This is the worst subway I've ever been too.
