Huge improvement at this location since it is under new ownership/management. The last few years this location was awful. But tonight the sandwiches were delicious, the customer service was great, and the restaurant was clean. Best of all they were well stocked on the various ingredients which was a huge improvement compared the previous ownership which was always out of ingredients. We will definitely be returning back to this location in the near future.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway! The employees were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The service was fast and efficient, and they were happy to accommodate any special requests I had. The staff really seemed to care about providing a great customer experience, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I was impressed with both the quality of the food and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend

I came to the store and used my phone to order online. We almost completed or online order and I was having issues with the app processing payment. I walked up to the counter and had let the male worker know what was happening and he said to hold on and asked for the female to assist me in the online ordering process. I had told her that I was having issues with it. And she just read .y phone screen and said to use a 2nd card. Well I know for a fact that it was not my card at fault as I just used it at that store the night before. Then she tells me that I was acting rude and I told her that I was asking her why it will not process payment. I asked her why she was being rude to me and that all I was asking her to do is help with the order processing I truly believe that since she did not know how to help she got extremely defensive so I told her that I would never return to that store again. And then she tells me that I was being kicked out of the store and to never return. All because I had asked her to help with my online order processing. I would suggest to anyone to go to a different subway a d stay far away from this hate filled store.

Worst service ever. Ordered online & waited until after it should have been ready. Got there & she was just starting, which is ok, but she still messed it up! The sandwiches were literally on the toaster pan & she did not toast them. I was unhappy because I was over charged, but 2 employees, no manager. Was told I would have to email my complaint to corporate. I did. 4 days later zero response. Absolutely unacceptable. Had to give 1 star because zero was not an option.

I've been to the store a couple months ago. I don't know who the general manager is but the employees need better pay. OnlyGave a 1 star cause I can't believe people so competent are treated this way. I've been contemplating on contacting corporate for all subways in edmond.

Very clean and well kept, very welcoming, amazing employees, I sadly didn't catch their names but the girl made the most perfect sandwich I e ever received from any subway. Followed my weird requests perfectly and took extra precautions to keep it mess free 10/10 (pigtails and nose rings!!)
