Worst Subway experience ever. This franchise is not meeting Subway standards by any means. I went through the drive thru ordered our meals on the kiosk. Get pulled to the window and first she said we didn't have any coke, just Pepsi and wanted us to switch, I said that's fine, then the next drink she was like I don't have fuze raspberry tea, then the next drink , I don't have sprite.. so 3 of our 4 drinks were switched. Then she comes back saying they do not have the buffalo sauces my daughter had picked for her sandwich, so they let her switch to barbeque sauce, then came back to say we don't have barbeque what else would you like? Then she picked chipotle sauce. I finally asked what's up with not having anything? I was told it's not them , it's the kiosk has old ingredients they no longer serve. It was the strangest Subway experience. I won't be back to this location. They need to learn to order in their products or update their kiosk , or something. This was not the experience I've come to know from Subway. This franchise is a mess. And the 2 employees I dealt with didn't seem to care about the customer experience.

I'm so sorry that I tried this subway.
I should've known from previous experiences, at other subways, that no one that works here knows how to cut a sandwich with a clean knife.

I'm deeply concerned with health standards here if you think it's okay to use someone else's utensils on my food. I don't know what was on that knife and I'm supposed to be okay with that?

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional and rude. One of the employees had their child (under the age of 4) behind the counter. Completely unsanitary and disgusting.

This location is always clean. My one complaint is that they most always miss my order notes when I order through the app for pickup.

Not a single time that I have eaten at a subway in edmond has an only order been made correctly. It's always missing toppings. This time, it was even made on the wrong bread. What is happening, Subway? Sandwiches should be correct every time, especially for the price.

I ordered a sub through the mobile app for the first time. The app wasn’t telling me what time my order was going to be completed so I tried calling the store. Some lady answered an said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in, in about 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready, there was no one there, and she was playing on her phone. When I asked about it she started making it. The food was average but the toasted bun was hard as a rock.

There was no worker for at least 3-4 minutes when we entered store although there were two occupied tables with customers who had been served. I finally called out to the back and a young man appeared. The young man prepared the first sandwich with no problem. The flatbread he prepared was folded - like a taco - not rolled, nor cut in half, and was difficult to eat and certainly not up to the standards I was accustomed to from my local Subway. The sweet tea was little more than colored water, but the fountain drink was fine.

I ordered a cold cut combo sandwich and it had five of the thinnest slices of bologna on it for meat. The sandwich cost $8.50 for $1.00 worth of bologna and bread?

They don’t pay attention to their dive through line, and the board doesn’t have all the menu options… but they added spinach to my sandwiches after 25+ minutes sitting in the line so that’s nice

Went in sunday the 21st in the evening music was loud and the store was a mess. I tried to go through the drivethrough, but it was closed that evening. I've been in during the week day, and it was a good experience. He told me Lacey, his general manager, said it was fine, she needs to be fired, my chicken bacon ranch with extra cheese was nasty, and the kid working that night was a disaster I enjoy going in during the week when the two women work. Whoever they are. I will find out and reply to my message.
