The Indian man was so rude the sign on the door clearly said present coupon before you order and he ended up telling me that they do not participate using coupons I will never go back there again. I highly recommend everyone to not give them your business.

All of the negative reviews are true. Terrible service, the pickles were so light I thought they were banana peppers ? and all of the lettuce was wilted. You can tell they have been refreezing and reusing the veggies for weeks. Mixed sprite and lemonade at the fountain and black stuff was floating in the top. The guy tried to offer me another cup as if it their dirty and unsanitized fountain station weren’t the problem, then the lady offered bottled drinks. Ordered 2 footlongs, requested wheat on one and ital herbs and cheese on the other and what do you know? both breads are stale. 0 stars, very trashy, would NEVER recommend this location if you don’t want to get sick.

I went to get two foot long , the man, who’s in register was very rude , bad customer service , doesn’t know how to take care customers @ Sante fe opposite to Crest. I will never go the store again. But I went there before there was no problem.

If you eat here, pay attention to the freshness of their vegetables. The workers are as cold as their sandwiches. It feels like being there is an inconvenience to the employees. They are not welcoming. Between the food and the people, I do not recommend this location. If you do, keep your questions short and don't eat the veggies...good luck

I used to love frequenting this subway but now they raised prices and are very skimpy on the subs. They don't put ingredients on subs like they used to. Its basically a piece of bread with a couple strings of lettuce and one piece of chicken cube.

Awkward experience period. Three people there but my sandwich was not assembled correctly at all the way subway makes sandwiches & they don't speak enough English. I let them toast my tuna because I don't like wasting food but I don't know anyone who likes heated tuna. I asked for wheat bread and provolone and toast it and waited, but before I knew it he put tuna on it first and then he put provolone on top of the tuna so I let him toast it. Then he put some spinach and I stopped him and said I forgot I want ranch dressing on it, but he kept putting on the spinach first and then put the ranch dressing on it. One woman offered to remake it but I don't waste food. Then I forgot I wanted it cut in thirds and told them but she said it was already cut in two. I gave up and asked for a plastic knife before I paid and sat down. The sandwich was not even cut all the way through! They kept speaking a foreign language I don't know the whole time I was eating, which most people find annoying. I thought they spoke Urdu maybe but he said no when I asked him but he didn't offer to tell me what language they spoke. After I got out the door he yelled I love you. I don't know if he was being sarcastic or nice. I'm not going back. Music playing was contemporary.
