DO NOT GO HERE we went there and there was a BUG that crawled out of the sandwich they are also extremely stingy on everything you get do not go there ever

I stopped eating at this location for a long time do to lack of good customer service and good quality food. I decided to try it again.The customer service is still lacking, the fresh food quality is not good. I chose to skip on my favorite toppings because they looked slimy and rather questionable. Many of the items were cross contaminated with other items.I asked for all of our sandwiches to be toasted and the cheese was still cold. Asked for honey mustard for my dressing and was disappointed when it was a Dijon mustard of some sort. YuckWe won't be coming back after this experience.I will drive to another location.

Very bizarre experience here. Neither person serving knew what was going on. Multiple questionable people hanging about both inside and out. Uncomfortable at night and unfortunately poor in quality.

I order from my subway app due to not being able to hear well, especially those with a strong accent.My app mentioned I would receive a complimentary cookie with my order. When I picked up my order, the cookie was not in my order.I asked the customer service person and she stated that it needed to be in another order? When I was leaving, my app stated that I redeemed the promo for the cookie. I went back in and asked why the app states this but I still do not have the cookie. The manager heard our conversation and came over, I explained I was deaf and asked him to slow down so I could understand what he was saying. He raised his voice and was speaking very quickly, I could not understand what he was saying.I would like to request that you offer American Disability Act training to all of your employees. Title III of the act states rights of equal access to places of public accommodation. For people who are deaf or hard of hearing, Title III requires businesses to remove any barriers to communication. People who are born deaf do not have the option of changing how they hear. Even though we might wear hearing aids, this only provides us with environmental sounds and does not restore our hearing.As I appreciate your offer of coming back in to redeem the cookie and apology, I do not feel safe returning alone.Thank you.
