All new hi-tech ordering stations with no one to help or clear instructions how to get started. Counter folks just acted like we weren’t there, and there was NO OTHER customers to wait on. We were hungry & frustrated. They just let us walk out. Super disappointing. I hadn’t had Taco Bell in a while.

Best fast food experience I’ve had since before 2020. The staff, specifically Arlissa, cared about their jobs, the lobby, and the guests. Food was fast and “fresh”, and the place was clean and organized. No notes - 10/10.

I have never once been to this Taco Bell and had a bad experience. They are always so damn nice (AND SUPER TALKATIVE WHICH I LOVE) which is rare to see in food service, especially Taco Bell. I will return.

What happened to fast food prices? I could go to Chelinos for the same freaking price. And God forbid you place a mobile order and mark it "in store" and the go through the drive thru. Not sure what's so freaking hard about handing me the food through the drive thru, but hey why not make me sit there and wait on everyone and then make me park.
Go get Mexican from a real Mexican sit down, restaurant. You'll thank me later.

Whoever the young woman and young man were that were working the window and intercom tonight, Jan 17th around 7:40pm were by far the best and friendliest people we have ever experienced at any fast food. They were happy and kind! It was such a relief to see! They deserve a “good job” for their management!
Totally forgot my wife's food in the bag, but on condiments that were asked to be left out. All in all, just a lack of care and attention.

They messed up our order and when we called to get if fixed they just set the phone down. We waited listening to them in the background talk shit about us and then after a little bit of just background noise the phone went dead and when we tried to call back we get the busy signal. I would give no stars but had to give atleast one to make the post. Don't eat here!!!
