My food arrived AN HOUR after it was PICKED UP from the delivery driver & I only live 5 mins from the restaurant... Food was cold, absolutely disgusting, & inedible by the time it arrived.. I am STILL waiting on a reply about a refund/resolution from the restaurant. Don’t EVER use the delivery option through the Taco Bell App! No customer service whatsoever. I called the store and they said to contact Door Dash even though my delivery was set up THROUGH THE TACO BELL APP! Once they realized this they told me to “fill out the form online.” Still haven’t heard from management or anyone since I filled out the form about any kind of resolution. Couldn’t adjust the tip for the driver either since it was all done through the Taco Bell App and not directly through Door Dash..

The evening shift almost always messes up my food. Morning shift does hot, fresh and fast but during the evening it's either cold, skimpy or I'm missing something from my order. Today it was insanely skimpy on the portioning and my quesadillas were basically burnt. I've stopped ordering on this shift particularly bc it never fails to surprise me that my food is horrible.

All new hi-tech ordering stations with no one to help or clear instructions how to get started. Counter folks just acted like we weren’t there, and there was NO OTHER customers to wait on. We were hungry & frustrated. They just let us walk out. Super disappointing. I hadn’t had Taco Bell in a while.

What happened to fast food prices? I could go to Chelinos for the same freaking price. And God forbid you place a mobile order and mark it "in store" and the go through the drive thru. Not sure what's so freaking hard about handing me the food through the drive thru, but hey why not make me sit there and wait on everyone and then make me park.
Go get Mexican from a real Mexican sit down, restaurant. You'll thank me later.
