I asked if they had tacos........ they said yes I said okay..... and hung up i had a pretty nice convo with them shout out to Shut up he's pretty nice
i placed an online doordash order 45 minutes before closing and the driver waited 40 minutes after they said the food would be out, just for them to come back at 3 and say they’re all of everything. pathetic service and integrity from the people that work here.

This place doesn't train their employees to listen through the drive thru. Almost everytime I go the order is wrong. It's not that hard to listen and confirm correctly. completely terrible.

We just left this Taco Bell and they made all of our food wrong, every item, not just one mistake, everything was missing cheese, no rice on the rice burrito, salt on the Cinnabons, very disappointed with the service here, the cook should be doing something else. Avoid this place unless you like your meal incorrect.

I stood in the front of the restaurant for several minutes with no one paying any attention to me. The lady walked by me to put a mobile order on a shelf and didn't even look at me. After standing there for several minutes, I had to vocally ask for someone to come help me repeatedly. And this got someone to tell someone to go to the front, but no one ever did. The staff moves very slowly. They don't care. I don't understand why it would take me forty-five minutes to get an order of food that is precooked. It's not like it's a fancy restaurant. It takes a long time to prepare the food. Absolutely ridiculous experience. If my daughter hadn't paid online, I definitely would have just left. Extremely poor ran Taco Bell. Seriously in need of new management apparently
