We are regular Taco bell customers. And I mean 3x a week customer. This time my students wanted Chinese food from a restaurant but they didn't have room for us to sit and eat there. So we came over to this Taco bell to eat the food and for the kids who wanted Taco bell as well. The manager told the employee to tell us to leave because we couldn't bring outside food. Honestly this isn't the way to treat customers who are loyal to Taco bell. Customer Service was simply TERRIBLE!!!?

Only location of 3 to answer phone to say when lunch starts this Sunday and it's 9AM. Manager happy to answer some questions I had. Remodeled since I was here last and no soft seats anywhere unfortunately. The counter guy was extra patient and nice with my special order and when I changed my mind on something. He did forget my cinnamon twists until I went back and asked. It's normal for all the locations in Edmond to mess up your order so always check your bag in drive thru before you leave the window!

They didn’t have anyone to take orders at the counter. Was asked to use the kiosk so as much as I DONT like them I used it. I was paying cash , so I go to the front counter to pay ? only to be told sorry we can’t take cash at the front counter.I got aggravated and explained that I used the kiosk like I was asked. Not my fault you folks are short handed if your open they someone here has time to take CASHNO SIGN on the kiosk saying couldn’t pay with cash ?What’s the world coming to ??
I got three crunchy tacos and an order of nacho fries with a Pepsi. The only thing I should have paid for was the drink. When I pulled to the window there was an employee leaning on the counter next to the cashier texting on his phone. I heard the employees in the back laughing. I got my food and my nacho fries were cold. My cheese sauce looked as if they only sprinkled some cheese in the container because it was empty. My three tacos were so soft they fell apart. As if they were dipped in water. One of my tacos was missing the whole other side. I didn’t go back because I didn’t want them to remake my food and it be just as bad or they do something to it. I will never eat Taco Bell again. This has certainly ruined me ever wanting Taco Bell again.

They weren’t that happy. But more importantly they need to keep an eye on their oil!! The chips and cinna twists tasted like burnt oil and it was absolutely horrible! The tacos were good tho thanks.

Mediocre food, really slow service. Wouldn't recommend coming here. They usually are late to taking order in drive thru then occasionally blame they are out of stuff and I had to cancel my online order multiple times. The inside is usually empty with minimal people at the front counter.
