Why is it called a Luxe “box” if it NEVER comes in a box? And when you ask it’s like you are speaking a foreign language. A box is helpful when you are getting multiple meals and need them separated. So frustrating.

Stopped by on my way home from work, and was shocked by how great the service was! Jeremiah was fantastic!! I'm a server myself, and his hospitality and energy was phenomenal. I couldn't of had a better experience. He made genuine conversation while we waited for our food, and was attentive to our needs. He even suggested us the new Verde sauce which was very good.

I ordered 8 beefy cheesy burritos and a burrito Supreme and was given no burrito Supreme this is not the first time didn't get what I ordered and when I tried calling they didn't answer the phone I will find me a new place to get my food so long taco bell

I went to go grab food after I had got off work, and I had gotten confused when ordering bc two different people were talking to me through the headset and I could not understand them and I was trying to make out what they were saying and once I tried to say something one of the lady's started yelling at me and expecting me to know what they were saying, eventually we got that handled and then i went up to the window just for the other lady to be extremely hateful and having a super uprofessional tone and smiling well doing like she enojoyed being rude to customer's. I will not be returning, and the workers were so rude, and they need to be taught manners

Everytime I come to this location, it has always been good and fresh, if not, they would correct it quickly with no issues. Employees are always so nice here. And the food is usually made correctly with the right portions, not skimpy like other locations. Once had less than half a scoop of meat on my meat and chz crunchy tacoat other locations... Ridiculous! We pretty much pay with an arm and a leg nowadays and they almost always get it right here. Thank you and the crew

I was made to pull around for the 2nd time because you were out of stock and needed to cook something fresh. Last time I was forgotten and waited 10 minutes. Now I'm told to pull around and I go inside. The atmosphere was terrible. Leave your drama at home. Coworkers complaining and arguing with each other. It's so childish and immature. I just want my food and to leave. You guys need to grow up a bit and keep Taco Bell's reputation intact.

They did a great job at getting our order right. They were generous in the amount of hot sauce given, and the food tasted good.
We were greeted & the door was held open for us by Angel Ntuari. He is the absolute best worker at this Taco Bell!!! He asked us multiple times if we needed anything while we were waiting on our food. As we were halfway done eating, he came to our table & took our extra trash for us. He did everything with a smile on his face. He made me, my husband & 2 other gentlemen eating there have an amazing experience! He literally blew us all away! None of us have ever had such a good experience like we had here. Angel Ntuari not only deserves a raise, but he needs to be promoted to management! Thank you for everything, Angel!!

got this super sad crunchwrap today. asked for no tomatoes and granted, got no tomatoes, also got no cheese. i was unaware of the no cheese until halfway into the crunchwrap, realizing there was in fact not a pocket of cheese at the bottom. had miniscule amount of meat and was half full at that, so i can't even tell whether this was a full scoop of meat or not honestly (coming from someone who has worked at a taco place). it was subpar, thin, and the crunchy tortilla was stale. i also got potatoes and a taco and a drink and those were fine but this is simply a very sad crunchwrap.

I spent $28, five sauces isn't near enough for that. You want me to use 3 sauce packets on a crunchwrap and a Mexican pizza, or split a single sauce between 2 tacos? That's ridiculous.
