They can never get any of the orders right and at this point I’m actually doing a review I live a stone throws away so I go all the time but there is 3/10 times I’ve had my order correct. Go to the other Taco Bell in Edmond this one is t worth it

This was absolutely terrible. I’m not even from this town. I’m from Tulsa, and they told us we couldn’t have more than two orders which they allowed unlimited in Tulsa. Not only that, but they made me pay for the wrong order and I took a bite out of my grilled cheese burrito (more like shredded cheese burrito) it was freezing cold. I do not recommend. Save your money and time.

The order was all wrong and the burritos may have had a couple of teaspoons of meat (they were supposed to be bean and cheese). They were smaller than a cheese rollup. I made pictures of them. What a joke. There were 4 people behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store so they were not bust and now I know why! We will not be back.

I'm not one to typically go and leave reviews about fast food because it's fast food and who cares but this was a little ridiculous and I think the GM needs to take a better look at the night crew. I was overcharged for two different items that I did not even order, nor received and when I got to the window after correcting myself a few different times, there were four teenagers in the window and it took them about 3 minutes to even greet me. My meal should have been eight bucks tops and it was almost 15. Wasn't even worth going back a third time to correct it again.

We love Taco Bell and they are super friendly at this location, but 50% of the time, we leave and don’t have all of our food. This means we have to check every time because we don’t trust that we’ve got the right food.
They’re always happy to give us the things we’re missing, but going through the drive thru twice half of the times we visit is less than ideal.
