We ordered 6 tacos along with other menu items and headed out of town to visit family. The smell was horrible when we opened the tacos. The shells were stale and one child bit into one before we could stop him. He was immediately gagging. Beyond disgusting to continue to sell the tacos, there is no way the employees didn’t notice the smell.

Order is wrong just about every time, and I'm tired of being asked to pull forward when there is no car behind me. We've committed to not eating at Taco Bell again because it happens at every single one.

Ordered at the drive through. Pulled up, paid and was asked to park in the front to wait for the Nacho Fries in my order. After watching multiple cars leave the drive through and waiting 5-10 minutes, I went inside. Once inside, it took several minutes for someone in the back to ask what I needed. They clearly saw me. Several of them made eye contact with me. When I finally held up my receipt and said I needed my order someone came to help me. I told them I was still waiting for my drive through order. Come to find out, my order hadn’t even been started. After receiving my meal, I was missing the salsa only they can hand you from the back that I paid for. I stood at the counter and had to yell “Hello” multiple times to get someone to come out of the very back to give me the salsa. So my $22 meal took 30 minutes to receive. I do appreciate the politeness of the young man that did come from the back to help me and put my order together and who also apologized for the inconvenience.

I just came there to get food after working 16 hours. The guy in drive thru with the fake dread locks told me he couldn’t use my code it was too late. Well he could have just restarted the order and put the code in that’s not my issue no big deal but then he tried to up charge me for chicken on a chicken quesadilla… that comes with the chicken already?!? Then he told me he only had Diablo sauce … which something told me he lied so I parked came in and the other workers said they have all the sauces . It made me mad cuz why lie? Why? I wasn’t rude or anything it was very unprofessional and just rude . My order # is 1e497e on 5/3/25 order # 337 at 8:38 pm and I will be calling corporate Monday since they thought it was funny . I never complain either I’m usually very understanding but that made me upset after working 16 hours why mess with me?!? Grow up and learn how to have some customer service and don’t lie about not having something . It’s weird oh and someone help him get some better hair cuz those fake dreads are crusty lol

I went to the bathroom came back and then same treatment as everyone touched everything with their gloves and went back to making food i left without my food.

They can never get any of the orders right and at this point I’m actually doing a review I live a stone throws away so I go all the time but there is 3/10 times I’ve had my order correct. Go to the other Taco Bell in Edmond this one is t worth it
