I will agree with so many posts that I've seen on here giving them a one star review. Horrible service, not the employee's fault, but management and ownership need to do something. There's no reason why somebody should have to drive 15 minutes away to pick up a mobile order, then have to sit there for nearly 30 minutes and then drive back through the drivethrough and it's still not be done not to mention there is no one else at the store but yet they said there was 5 orders before me... how about make the person's order that's actually there if you have other online orders. Finally, after almost an hour of waiting, just decide to forget about it.

Placed a mobile order. Drove 10 minutes to pick it up. No sign of it when I arrived nor after waiting 20 minutes inside the store. Not one person even at the front counter to help me or anyone else the whole time I was there. Newest store but worst location in town.

Second disaster at this location. First time order never came out, we were told we couldn't get a refund and to call corporate. Never got it. Second time Doordasher had to wait 20 minutes and the tacos had an offensively tiny amount of meat. Avoid this location.

Avoid this location. For several months this location is backed up, orders are wrong or missed. Even through door dash my delivery driver was waiting for 20 minutes. The last time I visited this location my order was lost - no refund. I went through all the proper channels and never received a refund.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Taco Bell location. If you want Taco Bell go to the one on 2nd street because going here isn’t even worth it. The woman who checked us out on 1/19/2024 around 6pm was horrible. Even after her terrible attitude i still told her to have a good day and she responded with “sure, whatever”. On top of that NOT A SINGLE BIT of my order was correct. I ordered nacho fries…didn’t get them. I ordered a regular chalupa supreme…i got chicken. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito…i got a beef and bean burrito. I asked for sauces…nothing. This location really needs to shape up because this is ridiculous. I paid for exactly what I ordered and the whole order was wrong. I’m not normally the one to comment on bad things, but this is a CONSTANT with this location. Every single time i have gone to this location something is messed up, and this was my breaking point. DO NOT GO HERE.

I just wanted to brag on Lacie/Lacey (I didn’t know how to spell it) she was sooooo sweet, kind and fast . She’s the besttttt . I appreciate you so muchhhhh ❤️❤️

Very very loud urban music playing inside the restaurant. Too loud to have a conversation.9/24/2023 Ordered two Taco Supremes via the drive-thru, simple enough. Got home & they were not the Supremes. Went BACK to the drive through (5 miles repeat trip). They asked if I had my receipt (I did) and gave me two Taco Supremes. But the young lady at the window had this "whatever' apathetic attitude about it. I wasn't ugly when I told them about the error. Expected at least an apology...but no. It's almost as if errors like this are commonplace. By the way, this was after 9pm, it was not busy.
