The food was nassstty. After I ate it I felt sick. I did an online order and I thought they made those orders when you give them your name and pull up. My chicken melt was cold and the cheese not melted a whole bunch of sauce. The supreme wrap was cold as well. The only good thing was the nacho cheese that came with my stale chips. The strawberry pomegranate refresher or water tasted like strawberry tea. I stopped going to Taco Bell because the food is never good and it’s been almost year I thought I would give it another chance and I fully regret that decision.

Pretty good compared to other taco bells, but sometimes gets my order wrong. Always fast to correct. However, even if my order is small, and there’s nobody else in line, I have to pull around to the double doors nearly every single time.

This morning I pull up, tell them my mobile order, and on the speaker the first thing they say is to pull around. There’s nobody here. They care more about “timing” than anything. This happens 90% of the time at this location.

Sat in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes 5 minutes at the speaker just to get food poisoning and a rude drive thru attendant. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

I visited this location for the first time, I must say I was impressed with the set up. I really like how the lobby is set up and also love the wide open kitchen. Very clean store and I LOVE all the color, the purple wall with the small window up top is much better than being surrounded by huge windows!! I observed Shannon communicating with her crew the entire time! Great job!!

I stopped there couple days ago and I was greeted by Jacob the cashier. He was assisted me with my order and I truly appreciate his efforts to ensure the order was correct. He kept his smile on the whole time and I would ask his supervisor to promote him and make him the happy face of this restaurant!
