Every time we go here they ALWAYS mess up the order. Most recently they forgot to give us 4 tacos! My mother couldn’t even eat because she’s gluten free! And most of the time the service is slow. It’s just not good enough to be worth anything, you’re better off going to any other fast food place because Taco Bell is incompetent at the simplest of things. We shouldn’t pay money for them to forget all the items consistently.

I order food for my family and they had one person working the inside orders. It took 22 minutes to get our food. No one apologized for the wait or even acknowledged we were waiting that long.

Ordered off their app for delivery. Got beef nachos. Got nachos with chicken & zero nacho cheese sauce. I am SO tired of these places not even bothering to read or try to make your order correct. Waste of money & wont be going back.

So slow to get my order, not the cleanest, food was subpar, the drive through line was ridiculous, go inside, 5 or 6 people waiting. Took 30 minutes for not the best food. Not worth the wait.

Supposedly the General Manager has told them that they can't take orders at the counter. This is very poor customer service. Wish I could talk to a district or regional manager.

My family orders from here all the time. The manager named Jasmyn (she spelled her name for us) :) was super nice and got our order to us correct and in a timely manner while the store was very busy. Thank you Jasmyn and night shift on 2/3/2025!
