It was absolutely shit they made us use the electric kiosk and when we finally got our stuff out after the long wait stuff was still done incorrectly

Probably the best Taco Bell we’ve been to. Went through drive thru, greeted without hostility. The employees were polite. One employee ran out, literally, to give us our sauces and napkins! She was so nice! She needs a raise. Honestly, every employee at this specific Taco Bell needs a raise. This is officially our Taco Bell whenever we’re in Oklahoma now!

Service is hit and miss at this location. I've made it out of there a few times with all my items. Most times, I'm missing chips or a cup of sauce. I've ordered meals that are centered around a specific item, and that item is missing. Driving around and parking is normal at this location. Taco Bell is no stranger to inflation pricing.. it's gotten much more expensive to eat here for a family of 4. Could be worse.

This isn’t the first time this has happened . Staff is very rude and just looking for you to get out of there drive thru! Everytime I go to this location they mess my order up. I’m not a person that says no this and no that. I get the food how it comes but I NEVER GET MY COMPLETE ORDER! Really frustrating at 11pm when half your order is missing!

The store used to move quite slowly but it was a new staff, everyone around wanted some Taco Bell, and the roads are horrible outside of the parking lot. They’ve since started working very efficiently and I’ve had multiple “great” experiences.

This location always has the order wrong and the customer service is terrible. It has happened too many times, I finally have to leave a review. My order had two cantina chicken tacos. We only received one. Not only that, but the cantina items I paid for come with sauce. They were out of the sauce. I asked to substitute it. They refused to do so without up charging, even though I paid for two items that come with sauce. We could have eaten at Little Knights or Senor Lopez for the same cost, and actually had a sit down meal and got all of items with plenty of sauce. Support local places, I’m done supporting these chains added on Waterloo that do not care about the customers paying for their business. I also can’t even tell you the number of times I have paid for additional sauce, only for it to not be in the bag. Make it make sense.

Workers need to pay attention to what people are saying and get there orders right I’m sick and tired of ordering something and getting the wrong product in return, they have done this on both of the last 2 orders I have gotten from here, I’m tired of the lazy people working here, they need to pay attention and get peoples orders right the first time or just get fired and hire new people that care And also they need to stop burning crap to the point where it’s barely edible.

Went for Sunday morning burritos. I was literally the only person there except the workers. After I paid for my order they asked me to pull around to the front door? I asked them why, there is no one waiting and I only ordered 3 items. He said because my timer is going at the window. I told him I didn't care about his timer but I was not going to drive around again ( not the first time this has happened) . He said the longer you sit here the longer it's going to take me to finish your order. I told him not to worry about my order, because if his timer is more important than the customer he needs to refund my money. I'm sick of the lazy employees at this Taco Bell. My family will NEVER eat here again.

Ordered on mobile app, paid, and then headed to the Bell. Arrived and followed instructions from the app and finally got up to the window. We were told to pull around to the mobile pick up. Waited 20 minutes since app order and the guy comes out with a small bag on a $30 order. Had to go in and sort things out and tell them what we ordered again so they could actually make it…SUPER FAIL!!!
