Nobody is 100% a perfect human! And the customer is not always right even if they have a ton of $$$…learned that from an old boss. I made a mistake today and this store on Waterloo made my mistake 100% perfect! Even before today I have great experiences with the food and peeps at this location!

The worst service. I wouldn’t even gave them one star. We stood in front of the place where you ordered for over 5 mins.,I spoke up and said excuse me we need help. Not 1 person even responded but kept on talking. I guess they are becoming a fast food restaurant that only serves the people who use a card and orders their own food. Ugh

Don’t use this place if you have anything over a $20 bill. It just baffles my mind they don’t accept bigger bills.. I understand certain places have certain rules it’s just a huge inconvenience.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Ordered on the app and arrive as the 2nd car in the drive thru. They ask me to pull to the front while waiting on fresh nacho fries. 16 cars came and left within the 25 minutes that I sat in front before someone finally came out and told me they were out of chili for the chili cheese burrito. I told them to just give me a 5 layer burrito so I could leave. Another 12 minutes later they finally come out with my order and explained the best they could do was give me a free taco coupon. I get home and was completely missing a quesadilla. The worst service.

Well I have a short amount of time on my lunch break. I order online, pay online, so I can quickly get there and back to work. Seems like Everytime! I'm asked to pull around to the front, and then I watch a handle of people come through order pay and get there food before anybody makes it out to me. It's very irritating! Specially when I literally have two simple items. Quesadilla and Fry's. Ridiculous!

Stopped tonight to get been burritos with no onions with extra cheese. The order read correctly. When I got home the burritos had extra onions with no cheese.

We were very tired from a long day and we decided to go to Taco Bell. We ordered and looked in the bag no hot sauce. That was fine but when we got to our house that is 45 minutes away we didn’t have our cinnamon twists. We ordered 10 dollars worth and called them. They told us that we had to go to the store to get our refund. The worker hung up on us and was extremely rude and aggressive. We shouldn’t have to check our bags before we leave to go home! DO BETTER TACO BELL!

I am in town visiting family. I know Taco Bell is Taco Bell and I never expect an exceptional meal. But I do eat Taco Bell on a regular basis back home in Maryland. I have never had stale taco shells from a Taco Bell before. It was like eating cardboard. Epic fail. Two stars instead of one because the workers were friendly and the eat in area was pretty clean. Otherwise the food wasn’t worth the visit.
