We grabbed a quick snack for the road fromm this location and the entire staff was beyond friendly and amazing!! The food was fresh as fresh can get which you think well its fast food so id assume so WRONG. Freshest tacobell since 2006.

Been going to this Taco Bell only for like 6 months now and have only ever had 1 bad experience, which was months ago. Came here tonight and my food literally looked like it was used on the commercials. Like it was just made well and they threw me a bunch of Diablo sauces. The man at the drive thru window was cool and nice.

$40 order- a #2 combo (2 chalupas and a taco), 6 locos tacos, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos, and a Crunchwrap. The #2 was missing both chalupas, only got 4 locos tacos out of the 6, and the two 5 layer burritos were entirely stale rice, no beef. We were the only ones in line over one hour before closing.

I came here around 10:00pm on 11/22/2023 and I can only assume they were mad at the size of my order as they gave me little to no meat on any of my tacos and instead SOUPED every single one with at least, 5-6 big spoonfuls of sour cream. It made my families meal somewhat inedible as they were so drenched with it. Burritos weren't even really rolled, and it wasn't particularly busy either. I know my order was somewhat big but I can wait a little bit on a not-so-busy night if that is what it takes

GO TO A DIFFERENT TACO BELL! We were so happy to get a Taco Bell closer to our home so we don't have to drive into town for tacos. That being said, out of the past 10 orders, all 10 of them have been wrong. Missing food out of every order and don't order a burrito supreme, they will give you a bean burrito. Of course you don't know this until you get home and open the bag. A call to the manager has you driving back to their location to get your order remade. After wasting another half hour you have room temp food. Tonight was the same routine, hubby doesn't check the food before he drives away, naturally the order was all messed up. I called and spoke to Courtney, she informed me it "wasn't her problem" and we would have to take it up with the app. Why? Our order and receipt were correct, only the food was wrong... AGAIN. Go elsewhere, your odds of getting what you paid for will be much better.

Service was prompt and staff was friendly. I've been here twice already and have not had any issues with my orders. In and out of drive-thru under 5 minutes. Nothing broken, nothing missing. Staff always asks me what sauce I want and provides enough for items ordered. Will return and frequently.

Super slow. Half the time I come here I can walk into a restaurant and get a to-go meal faster than a couple of fast food burritos. They need to speed it up. 3 items and I've been waiting almost 20 minutes.

I was looking forward to a Taco Bell opening within walking distance from my house. I've been a customer for 20+ years. I have realistic expectations of fast food in general. I know you're lucky to get fresh food made correctly even 50% of the time.With that being said: this Taco Bell location has managed to do it all wrong at least 10 visits in a row. I realize all the employees are relatively new as the location just opened but it's not possible to be as all around bad as they are on accident. From start to finish the experience is awful compared to every other Taco Bell.If you want old food thrown together with whatever ingredients are closest to the employee at the time, this is the place for you. And to make matters worse you're not likely to get any kind of sauce unless you ask multiple times. The employees do not seem to care about their job or the service they provide in any capacity.I'm going to go elsewhere from now on. I'll drive the extra 5+ miles to another Taco Bell if that's what I want. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
