The food was so old and hard I couldn't even chew the rice. I also had missing items in my order. Waste of money and I will not be returning.

The guys are jerks. I asked questions about menu and they were annoyed. I specifically asked for nno dried beans and they literally loaded it on everything to be funny. Luckily im not allergic. Thought i try something new. No bueno taco again !

Ordered online for multiple people, drove 20 miles to pick up. An entire platter was missing and someone else's platter of just chips, meat and onions in a container. Our total bill was over $45. Called the location was told nothing they could do about it and I would have to contact corporate for a refund on the $10 platter. I emailed the corporate email and of course NEVER got a response! Horrible customer service! We'll stick to Taco Bell or Taco Mayo from now on. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Honestly I’m not one to complain or write a bad review but I thought how crazy this is, I work at a food restaurant myself and I even asked the guy if this is how really it’s supposed to be and said yes. Today I came by and spent $26 dollars on just two meals. And this is what I got, I got two taquitos one chicken and one beef. The chicken one looked alright while the beef one was so dried up it looked like it had been carried over from last shift, an $9 dollar meal shouldn’t be %50 dry and old and staffing not acknowledge the problem, I asked for a replacement and I could tell the entire kitchen felt offended and they should feel more embarrassed instead. This place has so much potential yet people wanna just get payed for standing around and still complain. If you don’t wanna be there, don’t be there. Simple, move on and stop ruining this business even more.
Wheelchair accessibility: Honestly just rehire the entire crew and also give them motivation, it’s on both sides

Messed up my order but made up for it 10 fold. when came back in to get the right order. They were extremly kind and knew instantly when walking in that they had made a mistake. talked with them for a bit while my food was made fresh and threw in a little extra.

This was the worst taco Bueno I've been to the food was terrible and the staff was terribly rude. They messed up my order then acted like it was my fault. And the food was slopped together. Don't waste your time here. I thought I would never say this but taco bell isn't way better then this location
