My family loves Tao Cha Cafe!! I started going here when I was in college. The staff is always friendly, the food is always great, and we love the boba drinks!!
I had the worst experience at Tao Cha Cafe and will never return. They falsely advertise their prices, and when I pointed it out, I was met with insults, being told I "didn’t know how to read." Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner chose to intimidate me by staring me down in an aggressive manner. The entire encounter was incredibly unprofessional.
If you’re looking for a place with honesty and good customer service, this is NOT it. Avoid at all costs—there are plenty of other cafes that actually respect their customers. Crooked business!

I witnessed the owner and staff engage in an incredibly unprofessional interaction with a customer. The customer pointed out that the prices on the menu were different from what she was being charged—and she was absolutely right. Their pricing is misleading, yet instead of addressing the concern respectfully, they insulted her and even tried to intimidate her, with the owner glaring at her as if to scare her away.
It was uncomfortable to watch, and honestly, no customer deserves to be treated that way. If this is how they handle simple concerns, I can’t imagine how they treat others. I will not be returning.

Best boba place ever and food. I love my Passion Fruit combo, with popping boba of Passion Fruit, and Passion Fruit jelly. For food I recommend the Noddles with pork, it was good. Now service it is intermediate it takes a bit of time, but it's worth it ?. Atmosphere, I love it. I like that type of kinda lofi vibe. Pretty clean also, and if you get cold easily bring a jacket ,cause I didn't, and I had a bit cold. But the best place ever for family days or even a date, they will love the food, boba and atmosphere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited Tao Cha Cafe today and had an amazing experience! The noodles were absolutely delicious, with a rich and flavorful broth that made every bite delightful. The texture of the noodles was perfect, and they paired wonderfully with the savory broth.
The crispy chicken on the side was a standout – incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavor was spot on, making it a perfect complement to the noodles.
Overall, Tao Cha Cafe provided a fantastic meal with excellent flavors and textures. The service was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend Tao Cha Cafe for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I'll definitely be coming back!

Went to eat lunch here ordered general chicken seam rice fried rice 2 spring rolls. Jameson brought food out there was some type of chunky grayish stuff on top of my rice. I asked what is this rat poison, I told him I'm not going to eat this that I need new food. He takes plate of food brings it back fairly quick. The rice has scrap marks through it now the grayish substance is on the side of the rice. I asked if this was new rice he said yes, I pointed out that it wasn't because there is still that grayish stuff on the side of rice. He looked at me and said it won't hurt you in a rude tone. I then poured the sircha over it so they had to give me fresh. At this point I should have walked out but I went to front counter told wenny and other girl the issue and that I don't want him touching my food because I don't trust him near it. By the time I got my food back spring rolls and general chicken was cold. I go to pay for the food they charged me for the sircha said manager James put it on my bill. I said I've never been charged for the sircha ever and I dine here often. I asked to speak to the manager but when she went back there he was conveniently in the bathroom. A place I used to eat at often I will never eat at again worst experience I've had there. Sad when you can't even trust them to give you fresh food when there was a problem with the old. I would hate to have had a bug in my food they would have probably just scraped that off too and tried to serve it back to me ??
**Been cooking for years rice starch is white not grayish ashy chunks. Feel like manager charged me for the sircha because I dumped it on the rice that they lied about changing forcing them to give me fresh rice. Must've changed pricing that day because i eat there often. Jameson definitely needs more customer service training he flat out lied to me about getting me fresh rice and then got an attitude with me when I called him out on his lie?

This is one of my favorite hidden gems in Edmond. The food and boba tea are elite! I recommend the bento boxes. You get a main,rice,soup,and two other side items! They have tons of boba options. My favorite is the brown sugar boba! It’s got a homey kinda vibe when you walk in. It’s also seat your self. They even have a few mixed goods you can purchase when you walk in.
