I want to be very clear. When I went in for my first time at texlahoma it was evening and they had done enough business before I got there that all they had left was beef brisket fries and Cole slaw - still 5 stars.

This place has some of the best ribs and pulled pork I've ever eaten. Great to take home. Pricing is reasonable. Check the hours and call ahead. They run out of stuff earlier than you would imagine. I've shown up at 4:30 PM on a weekday and they were out of ribs.

I placed an order and paid. They realized that they had rang it up wrong. I tried multiple times to assist correcting the order. And when I told him he was ringing up too much for the size item ordered he chastised me and told me the order didn't make sense but that was what I was ordering. He asked me not to come back. I don't think I will! Horrible experience left me embarrassed ?

Easily one of the best BBQ joints in Oklahoma - consistently high quality meats, great sides, and some of the friendliest folks you will ever meet.

I'm from Texas, so it wasn't "Texas bbq"

Went on a Saturday afternoon, the staff was kind but rather young seemed to be all in high school which is nice to see a local joint support youth but the brisket was disgusting and disappointing. I ordered about 50$ of food - half ribs, burnt ends and a pound of brisket. I have NEVER EVER seen in my life brisket where you can literally push the meet through the fat and leave the fat all throughout the slice. It looked like the inside of a cows stomach lining. It was just hor

It was just horrible. The burnt ends were decent but just so so so fatty. It was hard to eat and on top of that you could also pick the meat out from the fat like the inside of a cows stomach lining as well. It was just a huge turn off. I live so close too so I was excited to try a local business too.I wonder if they boil their meat since it just had no flavor besides the burnt ends but just too incredibly fatty.

Went here one Saturday around noon, got a takeout of a slab of ribs. Cost almost $27 and I couldn’t eat them cause all they were was fat. I won’t go back. I think we’ve been to every BBQ place in Edmond and all we get is fat
