We got take out. The food was very greasy and about 1/2 the amount of food we usually get when we eat here. There was supposed to be to vegetables in the 2 entrees and there were 2 bites of carrots and 2 small pieces of broccoli. We have eaten here many times before and the food is usually very good. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed.

I tried Thai Corner Bistro recently and overall had a good experience. I placed an online order and everything was ready for pickup right when it said it would be, which made the process smooth and convenient. The service was quick and friendly, and everything was packed up neatly for takeout.
As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The pad Thai was okay but not particularly memorable. It had decent flavor, but I’ve had better versions elsewhere and it didn’t quite stand out. On the other hand, the spicy beef noodles were excellent. They had just the right amount of heat, the beef was tender, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. That dish really carried the meal and made me glad I tried something different.
Overall, I’d give Thai Corner Bistro four stars. While the pad Thai wasn’t my favorite, the quality of the spicy beef noodles and the smooth ordering experience made it worth the visit. I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu and stick with the dishes that pack more flavor. It’s a solid choice for quick and tasty Thai food in Edmond.

I ordered Thai fried rice, it taste like it was day old food!! Everything was brown and too sweet you could not tell the vegetables from the rice. I’ll pass!! I’ve eaten Thai food from all over, this is bad, waste of money. My husband ordered the drunken noodles, everything was brown and too sweet, the shrimp was overcooked or warmed over. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend. We threw it away.

Have had take out from this great restaurant before. Tonight was my first time dining in. Great bistro, fabulous staff and the food is the best Thai I have ever had. Flavor is off the charts. You like/love Thai food? This place will be your new favorite for sure. Enjoy.
The meals are delicious with just the right amount of spice. With tofu options throughout the menu, this is an excellent place to visit for vegan needs.
But just had the takeout and my only concern was the amount of rice provided. About a third more would allow me to completely enjoy the meal with an adequate amount of rice.
The taste and spice was excellent, a nice place for a good meal.

We absolutely love Thai Corner Bistro! It’s such a gem, and we especially love that it’s owned by a local family — you can feel the care and heart they put into everything. The food is consistently amazing, full of flavor, and always fresh. The lunch specials are a fantastic value, with generous portions that often give us leftovers for later. It’s now our go-to spot when we want something delicious, satisfying, and made with love. Highly recommend!
