Pad Thai - The noodles were difficult to chew and had a gummy texture. The presentation was unappealing, and the food had an unusual odor that made me question its freshness.

Ordered the pad Thai the noodles were so chewy you couldn’t even bite through them. The whole dish tasted like It had a full cup of sugar, and the chicken was so overcooked and tough. Will not go back.

Thai La Moon... I order the same entree everytime I order. I only order to-go. I pick up my food and what I see of the restaurant is a nice atmosphere. Clean and always fresh decor. The biggest problem is... EVERYTIME my entree tastes different. I order the same thing each time... Chicken Pad Thai. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSISTANTCY in this particular dish. This last time the flavor was way to sweet. Sadly, I will not be ordering there any more. I really like the owner who is very pleasant. I can only hope that they read my review and correct their problem with inconsistency.
I wish them the best.

Food is good, but expensive for small portions. I'll stick with my local Thai place in Yukon.

My absolute favorite place to order thai food! Their pad kee mao is absolutely incredible. Thai is my favorite and this is definitely my number one favorite place to eat! I’ve invited several people to come try it and they all agree they are the best! Not to mention how friendly and personable the staff! Will def continue to come back!🩷

After 5 years of having this my go-to place to eat, I will not be going back. The customer service is terrible. I ordered an hour before they closed (yes I took this into consideration), and apparently they rushed the order so badly, that the food had zero flavor, and zero spice. Keep in mind, I order Thai for the spice levels, as I usually get mine around 4-5 out of the 5 spice level they have. Both dishes, NO flavor, NO spice. 5 years, and I have never called them to complain, and even when I called, I wasn't complaining per say, but trying to let them know what the situation was. They offered NO help, unless I bring back the food. Keep in mind, they are almost closed at this point, so I would have to let the food sit out overnight, and then bring it back to them the next day? I mean WTF.... I wasn't asking for a full replacement, just some type of >consideration<, they would not offer any. I spent almost $30, and for that cost I think it is fair that I would get the food the way I ordered it. I am only one customer, so I am sure they don't care. I miss the original owners.

Food is very bland even when we ordered extra spicy. We actually threw it away because it wasn't worth eating. I really can't understand the good reviews. Panang 2 is much, much better. I can cook Thai food that is far better than what we paid for.

Ordered and arrived at time to pick up order(30 minutes after order was placed)and the order hadn’t even been accepted. So had to wait another 30 minutes. Need to get food ordering process down bc that’s very poor customer service. Food good but no spice level.

This place was beyond delicious. Everything we had was made perfectly and tasted so fresh. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were super sweet and helpful. Cannot give enough stars for this experience. Looking forward to returning soon.

I ordered the chicken pad thai from the lunch menu and I was very impressed with how fresh it was. The level 1 spice was spicy enough for flavor, but not painfully spicy. Service was great and the waiter was very helpful.

We got the Thai la moon stir fry and it was pretty bland, we then got the green curry instead and it was super watery.
Pad see ew was good but we also asked for extra sauce to make sure it was not going to be bland hence the 2 stars. Will not be returning!
