Pros - Atmosphere is cool, women's bathroom is funny w/ a picture of John Travolta and a velvet wallpaper, the bathroom also has good stalls and loud music, server was good/nice. Cons - the ranch is terrible(!!!), over salted fries, the fish didn't really taste like anything but pepper and oil but the texture was fine, the second women's stall door handle is broken so someone almost busted in while I was dropping spicy cheeseballs. What don’t I recommend about The Frosted Mug? Where do I begin? Maybe start with paying your employees instead of ignoring their calls when trying to get payment owed—but taking plenty of time to belittle the servers in person.
Wow, we had a very nice experience! We worked with Rob the manager to schedule a surprise retirement party and they handled everything with expertise! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was great. I would highly recommend them for any event! Thank you for a memorable night!
