we have only been to the ice house a few times and although woodward pizza is amazing it's hard to enjoy because of all of the yelling and screaming coming from the kids romping around. mind you i have a child myself and i understand that's the atmosphere but too many of the parents seem to treat it as a free babysitter rather than keep an eye on their kids

You need to check out the new Ice House Project in Downtown Edmond! They are family friendly and offer great restaurant choices plus a Craft Brewery and Tap Room that offers wine also. They have a public outdoor area with lots of fun activities for kids.

The Icehouse Project is an almost 5-star place offering fantastic food and drink choices like Fried Taco, Woodward Pizza, The Creamery, and American Solera. The family-friendly environment features lots of seating, a playground, and outdoor activities, making it perfect for gatherings. While the upscale food options are excellent, they lack kid-friendly choices, except for the new ice cream place. The outside area is very kid-friendly with a jungle gym and several seating areas. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy good food, whether with family, friends, or coworkers. Live music and dog-friendly outdoor seating add to the lively atmosphere, though parking can be challenging during peak hours. Despite being busy on Friday nights, it still feels chill enough to enjoy the space.
