My husband ordered burgers to go yesterday around 4:00 pm, the person on the phone talked him into Route 66 cheese burgers. They were room temperature, my lettuce was wilted, the fries were not edible, the ketchup and mustard were soaked into the bun, mine tasted like it was made for an earlier order that someone failed to pick up. He liked the lemonade, but other than that I hope he never brings me a burger from there again.

I wish I could report that this place had gotten better. My husband works in the Edmond area and one of his co-workers was raving about the delicious burgers, so we decided to give it another try. It was later in the afternoon - around 2:00pm on a Thursday and there was not a single customer in the restaurant. The young lady at the hostess stand greeted us and sat us by the window at the front of the restaurant. She said she'd be right with us. We looked at the menu and chatted and decided on what we wanted. I looked for our server and she was leaning against the back near the soda machine. She grabbed a cup and was filling it with ice and a beverage. Then she handed it to the young man behind the kitchen. We waited. And waited. And waited. The young girl never came back. She got herself and drink. She got the young man behind the counter a drink but then leaned back and clicked away on her phone. My husband was getting frustrated. He had one hour for lunch and we were sitting in an empty restaurant waiting for our server to finishing perusing Instagram so she could get us drinks - or at least ask if we were ready to order. My husband turned a timer on for 10 minutes. Now - we had already been sitting there 15 minutes. We waited. My husband cleared his throat loudly and said , "I think I know what I want...." And we waited. And waited some more. Finally the alarm went off. We had officially been sitting in this restaurant for 20 minutes without as much as a greeting or a glass of water. My husband got up and informed them we were leaving. He asked the young girl why she didn't come and ask us if we were ready to eat. Her response - "We had an phone order come in we were working on." I want to support local eateries. I've heard good things about this place. Word of mouth spreading the news about delectable burgers. Sadly, after two visits - the first of which I was served raw chicken and didn't get as much as an apology - and the second where I was complete ignored for 20 minutes, makes it difficult for me to want to try a third time. Disappointing.

For any fellow gluten free eaters, I was informed that they do NOT have a dedicated fryer for french fries, they only offer a gluten free bun, and the only side I felt safe with was the side salad pictured below, ordered WITHOUT crutons. The only waitress working four other tables within the establishment didn't even know what gluten was and was running to the kitchen for answers after every question we asked. The burger I ordered wasn't bad, but the patty wasn't seasoned and the only flavor came from the jalapeños on top. I didn't hate our experience here, I just don't know if we'll be back anytime soon.

Tried this place for the first time today with the kids. Two of them are free because Wednesday you get kids meal with each adults, so price was great! Lemonade was fantastic, fun tacos and great flat fries. And the young waitress we had made it fabulous. She was so sweet and helpful and really made the experience enjoyable.

we tried this place when they first came out and it was SOOO good. they offered bottomless fries(not like you needed it but it was cool) they no longer offer that. the food was flavorless. we got three burgers three fries and three lemonades, and a kids meal. the kids meal was $7 for hard fries and a mini cheese quesadilla.. a slice of cheese with flour tortilla that was room temp. they used to have multiple ways to make their fries. the two choices they have now we weren't pleased with.. hard to chew, they get cold sooo fast. it says they're hiring.. hopefully hiring a new cook at the Danforth location.

They were really short handed for a Saturday afternoon apparently only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. She was super friendly & helpful but a little overwhelmed. Our food mainly sides & appetizer came out cold. Other than that it was good. My grandson loved the gummy bear Lemonade.
