I am incredibly sadden with my encounter with the said manger at this location. A dasher messed up an address and asked me to cancel and order and I called the store looking for some sort of resolution…but instead I was abruptly interrupted everytime I tried speaking…I was told countless times the same thing when I was simply just asking for a refund as my dasher and food decided to not show. I sure hope this manager speaks kinder to others as they were very fortunate I am a GM that works with DoorDash all the time. Very disappointed in this store and there execution’s on resolving issues…not saying a costumer is always right…but felt that I deserved a little bit more kindness as I’m just trying to get some sort of refund for the 40 dollars I spent.
