My kids finally talked my husband into getting food from here because they love the Cesar wrap. We tried to order 5 wraps in the drive through & were told they were not taking big orders & were short handed. My husband asked again if they could make 5 wraps. She said “well we can if you want to wait a really long time”. Not sure how many people were actually working. Really disappointed in the lack of service & I doubt he will ever visit again.

The Tropical Smoothie on Danforth rd in Edmond, OK has A Miss Latoya working and she is phenomenal. Wonderful customer service, and a catalyst for why I will be using this establishment more frequently. The smoothies and wraps were great as well!

I worked for tropical smoothie on on Danforth in Oklahoma Yasmine is the worst I have ever worked for. Is the food good absolutely not. I have gotten sick from a lot of the food. Are the bananas fresh when they go into smoothies? No a lot of them are brown and mooshy. A d Yasmine says they are in a smoothie ppl everything is cost. But customers are not getting fresh

Extremely slow service. Also ordered a Bahama mama smoothie bowl and it was frozen solid... obviously pre made and stuck in a freezer. Had to wait 30 min to let it thaw out so I can eat it. ?

The blonde girl working is awful. She complained about everything ,she was rude not only to us but her coworkers. They seemed miserable. She had an attitude they were out of some things but the white guy working offered is to wait to make more of something they were out of. We waited. The food was good. But probably won't come back because of the blonde girl working.
