Horrible. The wait was atrocious, I used to work at another tropical smoothie cafe and the way they make food at this location is bad. They forget sides, put orders in wrong, and forget sauces. They need to get new workers or switch something up.

Bruh food ain't fresh, it's overpriced, waited over 20 minutes for two smoothies and spoiled bananas. After three girls came to the window the last said they forgot to even make the second.

I recentkr ordered through the drive through. I was the only car in the queue. They took my order and I waited for fifteen minutes at the window for anyone to come. I knocked on the window once, but there was no answer. When I gave up and abandoned my order there were 6 other cars behind me that I could see. Terrible service.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my smoothie (I was the only person in line) and when they opened the window, they had the most inappropriate music playing. I heard probably 4 different bad words in just the few seconds it took for him to take my card and give it back to me.

I'm not one to write reviews and complain, but I'm so over this Tropical Smoothie I don't even know how they stay in business!! I don't know think there's been a time I've made it through that drive-thru in less than 10 minutes even if I'm the only one in line. Then today was the last time I'll go there. As I again say in that damn drive-thru I look in the window and the kid "making" my order kept spotting to text on his phone!! If there's a managers or even the owner reading this, you seriously need to get your employees in line or for God sake get new ones.. Good luck..

Ohhhhhhh….. it was so good. I had the chipotle chicken club. Service was fast too. It was my daughter’s idea today. Great idea
people there are usually pretty rude. they made my sister cry one time with their poor helping skills and attitude. food is actually pretty decent but just expect bad service and rude people when you show up.

Wow.. first bad experience at any location.. I visit this location more than any other.. ordered a cheese only quesadilla no meat.. I mean so thin and dry and no salsa with my order.. second time ordering one at this location.. first was so good I had to go home and try to replicate it lol but this time it was an epic fail.. And this peanut butter cup smoothie is ok.. could be better if the ice chunks were blended a lil better.. getting through the smoothie it was big clusters of peanut butter banana and something else.. Not the best service today..

Went to the drive though and ordered a sandwich. I was told it comes with a side. I chose the sweet potato option. The attendant informed me they were out of that option… My choice was a snickerdoodle cookie. The attendant let me know she “couldn’t” do that substitution, but was willing to add it to my total, in turn, costing me more money. The person taking my order happened to be the GM of that Tropical Smoothie and was very rude in asserting her limited authority. I told her it’s not my fault as the customer that a side item is out of stock, I’d like the cookie, I think that’s reasonable. She refused and ultimately lost the $13.00 sale over the much lesser price of a cookie lol. I’d be looking for a new GM! The food isn’t too amazing to find a different venue. This is my second stop at this place and the first one wasn’t a great experience either. Won’t be returning…
