If you're planning to order delivery, order from a different location. The staff at this location allowed an order to be picked up for delivery without confirming the order was complete. As such, I am now sick in bed without the smoothie from an order I paid $30+ for. When I called to request a refund for the smoothie they said there's nothing they can do (despite ordering it through their app) but if I wanted to come in they will make it for me. Clearly if I wanted to come in, I would've done so in the first place. I haven't had this issue or such a response from other locations. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie, for stealing my money through employee incompetence.

This place is a joke. We sat in line for over 30min for 3 smoothies. Finally get to the window pay for it only to sit there another 25min with our smoothies sitting there in the window. Finally a girl comes over and sees us glaring in the window. She apologizes and gives us our smoothies. Smoothies are more like a snow cone with chunks of ice so big you canât use the straw. I donât understand how you work at a smoothie place and still canât make a basic smoothie!! Donât waste your money on this over priced trash

Love all the other locations in the city. This one has the worst drive through. Been here 3 times since it is close to my work and each time it is incredibly slow or something is broken on their machine. I have waited legitimately 23 minutes in line behind only 1 car before. They could simply tell the car to go to a parking space and bring them their food. This would at least the line moving, but they don't follow that genius idea like all the other fast food places. All of my co-workers cannot come to this one due to this.
This place is a mess. After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through for my smoothie, I gave the girl my card. She fiddled with it for about 5 minutes and then leaned out and said that they donât take swipe cards. Their machine doesnât have an option to swipe the card.
I understand that swipe cards are not as common as they used to be as more people use cards with chips, but you should be able to accommodate multiple platforms of payment at your business.
The little girl was sweet and as accommodating as she could be. Itâs unfortunate sheâs working for a business that isnât fully competent.
I recommend this place if you have an ample amount of time to waste waiting for your order and make sure you have a card with a chip or cash bc they wonât be able to serve you otherwise.
