This is a great smoothie shop but I just can't give a top rating because I can not safely use your drive through. It's WAY too tight. I damaged my wheels going through there the last time and I will never use it again. If You have a really nice car and you cherish it, I HIGHLY recommend that you never use their drive-thru and go inside instead. The Swig drive through is bad too but not as bad as TSC's.

Latoya D… I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate her patience and professionalism. There were so many people in the drive-thru and just me inside. She worked her tail off! She can do it all, but she shouldn’t have to. Im keeping it professional but what I really want to say is that management better appreciate her, she’s a star. With just 2 working, on Halloween at that. Shout out to the cook as well!!

Last week I was getting my to go order which I was a returning customer when either cause of lack of manners or just no professionalism I was asked a personal question about a medical condition which the "smart' person working the window assumed she knew my condition. Oh and there was no "hi" or "hello " she asked me a personal question that is none of her business. I have contacted your corporate office cause your window person regardless if she is a manager or just someone who thinks their opinions matter but your employees need to do better.

It won’t even be rush hour and you can go through the drive thru, order ONE thing, then be stuck there for the next 30 minutes. This location really needs to get their shit together or just close up shop because I’m tired of wasting my time getting stuck in your line ordering one thing!

We arrived to this Tropical Smoothie location with 11 of us all together. There were 3 people working from what I could see, and they served us with patience and kindness. There were a few mix ups. It was very understandable, and they quickly and kindly fixed all mistakes.
The service was quick, the food was delivered to our table, it was quick, and it tasted very fresh.

I ordered a smoothie and flatbread. They didn’t even give me a full smoothie and then the guy tried to gaslight me into “our ice changed but there’s still the same amount of fruit”. Like no sir it’s just not my moneys worth
