I was craving pasta and found Vignolas. I ordered the chicken piccata and was blown away. The penne, unfortunately, is not home made, but it doesn’t take away from the star of the show; the grilled chicken breast. Highly recommend Vignola’s Restaurant. My husband and I were out in the Edmond area and popped into Vignola’s. I have lots of health restrictions and the owner/manager came out and was very accommodating!! He listened and whipped me up the most delicious dinner I had in a while!! We went to the Railyard for Mother's Day. My mom and I ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken from Vignola's. The sauce was the consistency of milk. It was so watery it would not stay on the noodles and dripped everywhere. Plus it was tasteless. My daughter got the chicken parmesan and it was better but the noodles were not done.
