I was craving pasta and found Vignolas. I ordered the chicken piccata and was blown away. The penne, unfortunately, is not home made, but it doesn’t take away from the star of the show; the grilled chicken breast. We have all been there, ordered grilled chicken breast only to get something dry and tasteless. You don’t get that here. You get an absolutely, perfectly cooked chicken breast. It’s juicy and flavorful, covered in a delicious lemon, white wine, cream sauce with capers. On top of that, it is extremely reasonably priced. I will definitely be back for more.

The owner, front of house, & back of house are amazing. Love the porchetta & salads. Homemade pasta is so delicious. Growing up Italian, it’s so hard to find quality that Grandma made. Frank Sinatra on the stereo, plenty of comfortable seating. They cater too. So much good from a high quality Italian restaurant.

This was our first trip to Vignola's and it will not be our last! We just got home from a fabulous Italian dinner, downtown in The Railyard. Handmade pasta, family run business. It was so Absolutely fresh and wonderful!
We cannot wait to go again! Everyone needs to check it out and keep these small restaurants in business! Indoor seating, outside covered seating, Take-out and fresh and ready in their refrigerators out front!

My wife and I stumbled upon this place on our way to get a slice of pie from The Railyard pie company. We saw this place and looked at the menu and I knew this place is legitimate. Having travelel from coast to coast, this place is the most authentic of places in Oklahoma. Outstanding!

The best pasta I have ever had!! I have been to Italy and have since then been disappointed in every pasta I’ve tried. This is the first restaurant I’ve been to that took me straight back to Italy! Met the owner and he told us he went to culinary school in Florence, Italy. Will definitely be back!!

This is a hidden gem in Edmonds rail yard. I'm not sure what my lunch was called but it was house made pasta with a lemon garlic Alfredo sauce, WOW!! It has peppers, mushrooms and spinach as well and a dollop of fresh ricotta on top. I can't wait to eat here again. A+

This is by far the best restaurant in OKC/Edmond. Fresh pasta. Just a wonderful flavor and presentation. Do yourself a favor and make the drive out to Edmond for this true treasure in Italian food!

I can't believe I just discovered this place! I need more people to visit to keep it going. Great family atmosphere and menu. Fresh homemade food, local family owned, unique menu. They have a great lunch special too. Pasta, Italian hot subs, salads, and wine!
