This place was great! My boyfriend and I decided to give it a try after a recommendation, and it definitely impressed. The food tasted authentic and service was top notch. We will certainly be back!

The food was very impressive. After being disappointed by cooked-to-death Italian food all over the state, Vignola's food blew me away.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?! This place is absolutely wonderful! The decor is very cute, well thought out, the menu options are great, and the family that owns it, super kind! Almost all the pasta is house made (other than the penne) I have tried the Gnocchi Pesto and it was incredible. The gnocchi was warm and pillowy and the sauce was bursting with flavor. I have also tried the caprese sub, mozzarella is house made, basil was fresh… the best part was the Tomato basil soup I had with it. I would say one of the best tomato basil soups I have had!
The best part, they are family owned!
Try it now!

Excellent. Lasagna is fantastic as are the staff. Hoping they can eventually move into a larger place. In our rotation. Took service down a notch as our waitress today carried our salad with her long fingernails inside the bowl.
REVISED: Wrong order brought out. Food was cold, marinara way too spicy, penned undercooked. Only 2 total people working at lunch. This place was excellent 3 months ago, now is headed the wrong way.

Amazing food! The pasta was so delicious and is made in house. I will definitely be back to order more food options. The customer service was great and the people were so friendly.

Fantastic little Italian gem! They have some exceptionally delicious homemade dishes and they even make their own pasta. Their Housemade Gnocchi is unlike any other especially their Gnocchi Bava which has a sauce that is packed full of flavor and tasted amazing and left me craving more. The use of Gorgonzola Cheese which is a fancy cheese comparable to blue cheese but with a milder flavor really sets this dish apart from others. Plus the walnuts give it a pleasant additional kick of nutty flavor while adding a change of texture to the dish. The dish is addicting to say the least!
We also tried their Meatball Sub, which upon ordering, the cashier asked if we would like a soft or hard baguette bread, which was a nice touch to have options. We found the sub to be rather tasty and easy to eat since the meatballs were not dense or hard like how most restaurants serve them. Usually I'm not a fan of meatball subs but this one I would actually order in the future. My wife found the dish to be a little spicy due to the seasoning but I barely noticed it. She ordered a side of their delicious alfredo sauce to use as a dipping sauce and it paired perfectly with the sub.
For an appetizer we tried the Arancini, which is a fried rice ball with peas and a mozzarella center. Served with marinara as a dipping sauce. It was different but good, the addition of peas adds a kick of flavor, and these were quality peas unlike what you get out of a can.
The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and respectful and even though we arrived 35 minutes before they closed, no one made us feel rushed or gave us any attitude. The owner even stopped by the table to ask how everything tasted. We visited on a busy Saturday night but still managed to find an available table that accommodated a wheelchair. We are already planning our next trip here to try different entrées. Lastly they get their desserts from the French bakery la baguette, which is a popular bakery.
Parking: Shared business parking lot both to the north and south of the Railyard building, the parking lots can fill up but there seems to always be available street parking not to far away.
Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is accessible to a wheelchair with a single manual door to enter. Seating is wheelchair accommodating with movable chairs.

Vignolas has incredible Italian food served quickly, in a relaxed environment. I really love their spaghetti diavola and their meatball sub.
One of our favorite things to do is to stop by, grab a slice of their amazing tiramisu and a sandwich and take home a side of one of their sauses at home. Their bolognese is especially good.
Give Vignolas a shot, the location is easy to get to in downtown Edmond, there is parking on both sides of the Edmond Railyard.

Enjoyed Vignolas for the first time on Father's Day. The food did not disappoint. The fettuccine Alfredo was light and creamy with the perfect amount of sauce. Our son, a self made spaghetti aficionado, absolutely killed the spaghetti and meatballs. The arancini was the table favorite -- the crispiness yet tenderness was so fantastic. The free form lasagna had awesome presentation and the sausage used was delectable. We cannot wait to get back and try more things on the menu.
The interaction with the staff was super good. It seemed that they enjoyed working there and took pride in what they were serving and selling.
We took home a shells and cheese take-and-bake that we ate later in the week that was outstanding. It was super easy to get ready for the fam to eat amidst a busy evening.

I thought the food was amazing. It was fresh, lite and delicious.
My go to dish at an Italian restaurant is fettuccine alfredo with chicken (literally every time) and I have to say that Vignolas now is my favorite place for fettuccine alfredo. It was full of flavor while also being lite, I didn't feel extra full after eating it. The bread was delicious, the fried mozzarella was perfect and the homemade pasta was delicious. Keep up the good work.

Here's an updated version of the review for Vignolas Italian Kitchen with a more vivid and engaging writing style:
Tucked away in the charming city of Edmond, I recently discovered Vignolas Italian Kitchen, a hidden gem that has quickly become my new favorite spot for authentic Italian cuisine. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat.
The cozy ambiance and the aroma of garlic and herbs wafting through the air immediately set the tone for a delightful dining experience. As I perused the menu, my mouth watered at the tantalizing options before me. Ultimately, I decided to indulge in the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a refreshing glass of their delicious sangria.
When my order arrived, I was instantly impressed by the generous portion sizes. The fettuccine Alfredo was a sight to behold – a rich, creamy sauce coating each strand of perfectly cooked pasta, with a generous amount of tender square cuts of chicken adding layers of depth an flavor. Every bite was an explosion of indulgence on my taste buds.
To complement the main course, I sampled the mozzarella sticks, which were nothing short of divine. Piping hot and oozing with melted cheese, these golden-fried morsels were the perfect accompaniment, especially when dunked in the zesty marinara sauce. While the sauce itself was somewhat understated, it allowed the flavors of the cheese and breading and Italian spices to truly shine.
But the pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the Chicken Parmesan. Towering on my plate, this colossal portion was a true feast for the eyes and the appetite. The crispy, golden-brown breaded chicken was smothered in a tangy marinara sauce and blanketed with a generous layer of melted mozzarella cheese. Paired with the fettuccine noodles (though I would opt for angel hair next time for a lighter accompaniment), it was a dish that left me completely satiated and utterly content.
Vignolas Italian Kitchen is a true gem, offering not only exceptional Italian cuisine but also a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Whether you're seeking a cozy lunch or a hearty dinner, this restaurant is sure to leave you with a full belly and a happy heart. Prepare to indulge in generous portions and flavors that will transport you straight to the heart of Italy.

I got the shrimp pasta to go, it was really fresh and good. I would just like more bread to go but everything else was great. I would come back and try the chicken Parmesan.

What a great new spot in the Edmond Railyard! We were in Edmond for a dance recital and wanted to grab lunch! We headed to downtown Edmond and jumped in line. The fettuccine Alfredo is lite and creamy with delicious tender chicken. The garlic shrimp was full of flavor. The meatballs hit the spot and the Caprese was refreshing! They were busy, but had great service and the food came out quick and fresh! Very affordable for the portion sizes! Enjoy!
