I was craving pasta and found Vignolas. I ordered the chicken piccata and was blown away. The penne, unfortunately, is not home made, but it doesn’t take away from the star of the show; the grilled chicken breast. The owner, front of house, & back of house are amazing. Love the porchetta & salads. Homemade pasta is so delicious. Growing up Italian, it’s so hard to find quality that Grandma made. Frank Sinatra on the stereo, plenty of comfortable seating. They cater too. So much good from a high quality Italian restaurant.
This was our first trip to Vignola's and it will not be our last! We just got home from a fabulous Italian dinner, downtown in The Railyard. Handmade pasta, family run business. It was so Absolutely fresh and wonderful!
We cannot wait to go again! Everyone needs to check it out and keep these small restaurants in business! Indoor seating, outside covered seating, Take-out and fresh and ready in their refrigerators out front!
