Always have what is needed.
It's very clean and organized; however, the loss prevention team is always watching you like a hawk, expecting you to steal something. They should learn to back off from people.
It's Walmart
Nice clean Walmart but always has the worst people working. I'm going to have to drive ? to get good customer service

-Update 11.3.24- Service is decent enough when in person, one person went out of their way to guide me and another in the automotive department but other employees did not match his eagerness to assist including a manager checking me out.
Tried to call regarding a previous purchase a couple of months ago and was transferred constantly then hung up on. One department did however answer after calling repeatedly and had the tire department call me back regarding a change in an online order install.
-Update- 4.23.23
Called to check on the status of tires being put on rims. The phone is ringing and ringing, and then they hang up on you. It is impossible to call this Walmart because the people who answer the phones don't care. Service guys are polite and helpful so far.
-Update- 3.22.2021
Horrible customer service. They refuse to answer the phone, but if you let it ring for ridiculous amounts of time, they will finally answer and not be helpful anyway. I've even had them tell me there was no manager in the store before. It's great if you don't need any help, but otherwise, you will have a bad day just from attempting to get help there due to poor attitudes.
-3yrs prior original post-
As usual, 2 people were helpful. Others said, "I don't know," which is unacceptable.

Quick and easy
Had lanes open
employees are rude and in the way of everything, almost hit you with order carts and why can no one open a register.
2 stars because I can get anything here. But it’s overwhelming and they put Christmas stuff out way too soon.
Went here to get new tires by appointment. There were 3 other people in the waiting area with me who had been there for an hour or more needing batteries or oil changes.
I spent an hour and a half getting my tires replaced and waited 20 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointment.
To add on to this they charged me $60 for lifetime tire rotation which I requested to be removed and was denied. I don't need or want this service and was under the impression I paid for everything online already when I bought the tires.
I promptly returned everything I got while waiting and will be buying online. It's a great trick to make people wait long enough to shop and then spoil them with fees at the end. My advice, go to a real automotive store; price and convenience aren't accurate here
